OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Sanja is one of ten similar villas built in a unique residential area near Stari Grad on Hvar Island. Clearly, the owner had extended families and large groups of friends in mind … altogether these villas can sleep 72 + 20 people. The communal playground and the bar are ideal for meeting up and planning things to do together.
Luxury family Villa Sanja with pool is tastefully furnished and offers generous space for up to 10 people. Terrace, swimming pool and garden are designed for outdoor living and you will spend many happy hours there enjoying the Mediterranean summer.
Hvar Island is an excellent holiday destination and you will most likely take the ferry from Split directly to Stari Grad, which is only a short distance from the villa. The ethno-eco village of Mala Rudine is just a 5 minutes' drive from your villa and is one of the last well-kept secrets on Hvar Island. The Rudine Art Festival takes place during the first half of August and you will have the opportunity to see art works from local artists and have a chance to meet some of them in person. The local beaches are just beautiful and less crowded than other beaches on the island. There are many outdoor activities and we can recommend climbing, caving, cycling and water sports. Undoubtedly, you will love to return again and again.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The layout of the spacious open plan living area on the ground floor is well thought through and offers a comfortable space to relax for everyone. There is a smart TV and WiFi throughout. Glass doors open to the covered terrace merging the inside living space with the beautiful outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cutlery and tableware, and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal.
The ground floor bedroom is the largest of the four bedrooms and has a comfortable double bed, direct access to the sunbathing terrace, and an ensuite bathroom.
First floor
Stairs lead from the living area to the first floor with a further three good sized double bedrooms, of which two bedrooms share the large balcony and one bathroom. The other double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private balcony.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The covered terrace is accessed from the living area and is a lovely space to come together enjoying a meal and a glass of local wine, perfect for cooking on the BBQ with local ingredients. A few steps lead down to the private pool and surrounding garden. Perfect for a summer holiday.
There is parking in the grounds and a golf cart can be rented on request to make the journey to the nearby beaches a bit easier.
