OVERVIEW
Luxury family Villa Nora with pool sits within a small villa complex with 9 similar villas, which are also for rent. Each of the villas has a private swimming pool and a large garden to give you enough privacy. The layout of the villa is modern and functional and the generous and bright rooms have a relaxing and welcoming feel. This small community of holiday homes is a great place for larger groups of friends and family to spend their holiday together. There are communal areas to enjoy together, like the bar and the playground, and then of course the nearby beaches, but you have also the benefit of having your own private villa space with garden and pool.
There are many things to discover on Hvar Island, and to begin with we would recommend an afternoon visiting nearby Stari Grad. Stari Grad lures with amazing old stone buildings and numerous restaurants and cafes offering delicious local fare. Not to miss is the Stari Grad plain, a UNESCO heritage site which is a series of ancient geometrical fields with stone boundaries, water tanks and rain collecting canals. For the sportive among you the island offers a host of water and land based outdoor activities and a boat excursion should definitely be on your plan, too.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Nora sleeps up to 10 people and is generously sized with 280 square metres of living space to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Ground floor
Space, comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen and a large covered dining terrace, private swimming pool and large garden are the hallmarks of this beautiful modern and luxurious villa. The villa is fully air conditioned with smart TV and WiFi throughout. Modern design and functionality are the key to comfortable living and Villa Nora offers just that. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils, plus a Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.
The largest double bedroom with ensuite bathroom has direct access to the sunbathing terrace and is conveniently located on the ground floor. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
First floor
Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor with three further delightful double bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a shower room and the large furnished balcony. The third bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a small private balcony. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Luxury Villa Nora has a large garden with private swimming pool facing toward the sea and from the terraces and balconies you have amazing views of the Adriatic and the surrounding landscape. The garden is surrounded by a natural stone wall and there is parking on the premises, plus a garage. For the short journey to the nearby beaches you can even rent a golf cart.
