OVERVIEW
Warm summers and mild winters make Hvar Island an ideal holiday destination all year round. The private luxury Villa Elisabeth is located in a hidden part of the island on the Kabal peninsula. Beautiful bays and hidden coves are to be discovered, and a visit to the picturesque ethno-eco village of Mala Rudina has to be on your to do list. Outdoor activities are plenty to choose from, be it water based or hiking and biking.
Luxury family Villa Elisabeth is one of ten similar villas on a private estate with communal playground and bar. The villa has 220 square metres of living space spread over two floors and benefits from a generous outside area with terraces, private pool and garden.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The large private family Villa Elisabeth offers a generous living space with four double bedrooms, of which three are on the ground floor, ideal for people with restricted mobility. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the other double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. All three bedrooms have access to the sunbathing and dining terrace, either directly or from the corridor. There is also a guest toilet which is accessed from the corridor.
The open plan living area is kept in cream and warm brown tones with a tasteful yet minimalistic design. There is a smart TV and WiFi throughout. The sofas can be extended to sleep two additional people and from both dining and living area you have direct access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals, such as induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board is also provided.
First floor
The largest double bedroom is on the first floor and has its own furnished balcony and an ensuite bathroom with free standing roll top bathtub. Wake up in the morning to the song of birds or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening from your own private balcony.
OUTSIDE
The swimming pool is the focal point of the garden and will most likely be used every day, and sun loungers are also provided. The garden is planted with Mediterranean shrubs and trees and is surrounded by a natural stone wall, all In keeping with the local building style. For an easy way to get to the close by beaches you can also rent a golf cart. Car parking is on the premises.
