OVERVIEW
Close to the historic town of Stari Grad on the beautiful island of Hvar, Villa Dorabella is nestled within a small estate of ten similar private family villas with pool and large gardens. This part of the island is called the Kabal peninsula, a lush green paradise, which is mainly undeveloped and uninhabited. There are numerous dreamy and wild bays along the coastline of the peninsula and you will surely find a quiet spot just for yourself. Each year in August/September Stari Grad hosts the Faros Marathon, a 16 kilometre open sea swim, one of the most challenging sporting races. Water sports and other outdoor activities are high on the agenda in and around Stari Grad and all-over Hvar Island.
The private estate has a communal playground for the children to enjoy and a small bar serving drinks, coffee and other refreshments. A lovely place to meet other holiday makers and forge new friendships.
ACCOMMODATION
Private Villa Dorabella with pool offers 190 square metres of living space spread over two floors and is fully air conditioned.
Ground floor
The spacious and bright living space on the ground floor exudes a homely feel. The comfortable sofas can be extended to sleep an additional two persons. There is a smart TV and WiFi throughout. Double glass doors open to the terrace. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and a special highlight is the induction hob and the Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The larger double bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom and also a glass door leading to the terrace.
First floor
A further two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the second floor. The balcony, which can be accessed from the first floor landing, is a lovely place to enjoy your morning cuppa whilst reading a book.
OUTSIDE
In the area there are many wonderful sights and outdoor activities. After a day out you will love to be in the garden, having a swim in the pool and cooking a delicious meal on the barbecue from locally sourced ingredients. The covered dining terrace has enough space for up to eight people. Parking for one car is in the grounds.
