OVERVIEW

A vacation in luxury villa Eros must be pure joy, an amazing new luxury private modern villa built in 2020 on the island of Hvar, one of the top ten islands in the world (Conde Nast). The warmest and sunniest place in Croatia.  Hvar is a mecca for sophisticated travellers and those seeking a good life by the sea. Crystal clear waters are warm and safe to swim in, food is absolutely fantastic, with excellent local olive oil, sea food and wines. Culture, history and exciting night life are all there for you to sample on Hvar island.

There is fabulous boating and day trips by ferry to mainland Split, by local taxi boat to the gorgeous  Pakleni Islands or by private boat excurions, which Croatian Villa Holidays can arrange, to the islands of Brac and Vis.  Jelsa itself is a charming fishing village with several lovely sandy and pebbly beaches, shops, restaurants, water sports and a pretty harbour; perfect for families and for enjoying all fantastic features of Hvar, but on a slightly quieter level. For maximum vibrations visit the town of Hvar with famous clubs and cocktail bars such as Carpe Diem and Laganini. Luxury Villa Eros is a spacious, modern, light and private holiday home, composed of three separate luxury apartments, but rented as one unit. Two luxury apartments are on the ground floor: Apartment 1 with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, Apartment 2 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the third, Apartment 3 is on the first floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large terrace. All three apartments share a large pool and garden. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Private holiday home Eros is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi throughout, with underfloor heating in all rooms and bathrooms.

ACCOMMODATION

Apartment 1 : large sitting room open plan with kitchen and dining area, TV room/second sitting room/ two double bedrooms/two en-suite bathrooms, laundry room, guest bathroom

The living room is very stylish, sunshine and sea view coming in through the large picture window overlooking the swimming pool. A large, L shaped cinnamon coloured sofa and additional, modern seating, TV and a modern fireplace are set against pale flooring and a contrasting, rough cement-finish wall hung with striking paintings. Lighting is stunning, and at the end of the room is a built in modern kitchen. The dining table seats 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooking utensils and elegant tableware.  A hallway leads to a double  bedroom, with striking, but subtle décor and sumptuous new super king size double bed, bed linen and plenty of towels, a TV, a dressing table, designer lighting, large wardrobe and a superb marble bathroom, with a bath and a shower enclosure. The second bedroom has similar décor and is of equal high quality, with a super-king size double bed, desk, chair, TV, the en-suite bathroom a mixture of black and white marble with lots of storage. This apartment also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, safe and hair dryers.

Apartment 2: open plan sitting room with kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms/two en-suite bathrooms

A sunny sitting room with a sumptuous sofa, TV, French doors opening onto the pool and Jacuzzi terrace, enjoys the sunshine and views to the sea. The same pale flooring contrasts with a fresh, Mediterranean yellow wall, three faces of Marylin smiling at you. A pale, sleek modern kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking and there is a large dining table positioned for you to dine with a sea view. There is plenty of general storage and two fantastic double, en-suite bedrooms. Blue- grey and cream bedroom has a super king size double bed, wardrobe and a cream marble bathroom with a bath tub. The second double bedroom has a cream-grey and yellow décor, very calming and summery, with another magnificent marble bathroom. Lovely bed linen and towels are supplied. Both bedrooms open out onto the garden and pool terrace.    

First floor

Apartment 3: open plan sitting room with kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms/two en-suite bathrooms, outdoor terrace. It is reached by an outdoor staircase.

Creams, yellows, whites and an occasional splash of Venetian terracotta decorate the wonderful first floor apartment which has a substantial terrace/balcony with decking, outdoor furniture and superb sea views. The living room comprises a cream sofa, more seating, a dining table for 6, TV, modern kitchen fully equipped, including a microwave and oven. Large sliding floor to ceiling window takes in a full panorama of the sea.  The two double bedrooms have large, super king size beds, TVs, wardrobes, uplifting paintings and most amazing huge windows, with stunning sea views. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.  

OUTSIDE

Panoramic sea views are enjoyed from the garden and the whole villa. The garden is fully walled and gated and dominated by a fantastic heated private pool and a separate Jacuzzi. There is top quality stone paving around the pool, which is 12 metres long, 3.5 metres wide, 1.5m deep, and heated. This is a pool for serious swimming. There are 12 sunbeds and shade in the garden. Pool towels are provided and changed upon request.  Mediterranean trees and shrubs fill the garden with their scent. Just outside the Apartment 1 there is a decking terrace with sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for outdoor cooking and socialising, and dining all together al fresco, with a barbecue and a table for 12 people.  There is parking for 6 cars in the garage and 4 extra cars outside.
