OVERVIEW
The town of Hvar is one of the most desirable Croatian seaside towns and attracts families, people interested in food, wine, natural beauty, history, sailing and nightlife. Princes and Hollywood royalty visit regularly but normal life just goes on in Hvar's sun drenched town squares and superb beaches. The five star, luxurious villa Isabelle has four sleek double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. Outdoor there is Jacuzzi and bar, and a large, heated private infinity pool which overlooks the amazingly shimmering Hvar sea. The villa was built in 2018 and has a fashionable, modern look, with 280 square metres of living space on an 850 square metre walled plot. The elegance of this Hvar holiday home is enhanced by the stupendous, panoramic sea view from all of its rooms, the garden and pool. You will not want to leave that amazing pool terrace where you will endlessly gaze at the sea. The standard service in this luxury Hvar villa is the concierge/housekeeper on call. Daily cleaning is included and meals can be arranged for extra payment. The villa is arranged on two floors and has air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, underfloor heating, HiFi, ipod dock, sauna, gym and a wine room. ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a large, modern kitchen, dining area with a table for eight and a spacious sitting room with a direct access to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and bar. The laundry room contains a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A sauna and gym provide exercise and relaxation. An elegant staircase divides the sitting room from the dining and kitchen areas. To get from the kitchen to the sitting room, there are a couple of steps. In the sitting room cream and sand colours predominate, and floor to ceiling windows let the sunshine in, with the bright blue sea as the backdrop. That is what a Croatian villa holiday is all about! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, new cookware and stylilThis sh tableware. There is also a breakfast bar with extra chairs. A child's eating chair is available on request.
First floor
A wooden staircase takes you to the bedroom areas on the first floor. The four bedrooms are all double, with en-suite bathrooms, high definition TV sets, individually air-conditioned and with private balconies. Two bedrooms have extra large beds, longer than two metres. Quality bed linen and towels changed daily or on request are standard feature. Through the billowy curtains you access your sea view balcony and you are in the dreamland land of Croatia's gorgeous coast.
OUTSIDE
Level with the ground floor is a beautiful, stone tiled large pool terrace with a 65 square metre (1.6 metre deep) private, heated, infinity pool and a separate built in hotub. The pool has a massage jet. There are eight sun beds with pool towels provided. This sunny terrace has a fantastic view of the sea and islands and has a large dining table for outdoor socialising and dining plus a gas barbecue. The outdoor table sits eight, and guests also have a large bar area, where they can create their own entertaining. The terrace is partially shaded with a tasteful white awning.
