OVERVIEW

This luxurious, modern and stylish villa is situated 15 minutes walk from the centre of Hvar town. The villa stands in the second row from the sea, surrounded by similar luxury villas nestling on a small hill above the beach. It comprises three floors and has a wonderful terraced garden and a heated swimming pool. The plot is 2000 square metres surrounded by Mediterranean flora with breathtaking views of the sea and the nearby islands. There is of course air conditioning and WiFi throughout. 

The town of Hvar is a stunningly beautiful old town with narrow cobbled streets, beguiling renaissance squares, the oldest theatre in Europe, medieval castle, gourmet food and culture. On the island there are numerous sandy and pebbly beaches and so your villa will be perfect for beach lovers, foodies, shopaholics and culture addicts.

Accommodation

Ground floor

This villa dedicates its ground floor level to four great bedrooms, three of which have sea facing terraces and splendid sea views. The rooms are contemporary, cool, have king-size beds, sumptuous bed linen and ensuite bathrooms with plenty of towels. Two of the rooms can be connected to create a larger suite.  All these rooms are accessed directly from the ground floor terrace. They are not linked by an internal staircase to the living area on the first floor.

First floor

The first floor comprises a large open-plan living room of 120 square metres, in itself the size of a family house. The kitchen has all modern conveniences for gourmet cooking, with great cooking utensils and tableware as well as a dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The villa also has an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. In the dining area is a large wooden dining table with seating for 12.  The living area has a large corner sofa and another matching sofa, satellite LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD and CD player, safe, underfloor heating and WiFi internet. From the living area the picture windows provide great sea views. There are stairs from the terrace down to the pool area. Inside there is a spiral staircase leading up to one of the second floor bedrooms.

On the same level as the main living area but with a separate external access is a suite comprising a double bedroom with king-size bed (can be divided into two singles), a very large bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub and a sitting room area with sofa, TV, open fire place and sea views.  The bedroom opens onto a private terrace with panoramic sea views. 

Second floor

This floor has two bedrooms. A master suite with a king size bed, its own dressing room, a large terrace with two sun-loungers, a sitting area with balcony and fabulous sea views. There is also a stylish bathroom with a bath tub and shower. A totally hedonistic bedroom suite. This suite is accessed from its own external staircase. 

The second bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room. This bedroom has a large double bed, panoramic sea views, its own balcony and a bathroom with a bath tub and shower.

Outside

The Mediterranean garden is arranged in terraces on the hillside and beautifully planted and maintained with green lawns, palm trees, flowering shrubs and scented herbs. A large pool (13.5 x 3.5 metres, 1.4 metres deep)  is surrounded by sunbathing terraces on two levels, well equiped with sun-loungers and sun umbrellas. The ground floor dining terrace has table seating for 14 and is positioned to have views to the sea, pool  and garden. At the back of the villa, with direct access from the kitchen and living room area, is a covered outside dining area with barbecue and outdoor kitchen area. This is a sheltered spot perfect for breakfasts or less formal outdoor dining.  All the terraces - private bedroom terraces and the main area of the garden - are well equipped with good quality garden furniture.  There is private car parking space for several cars.

Completely separate from the villa but within the grounds is a fully equipped professional kitchen that is available if a chef or caterers are employed.  

This is a great villa in which to enjoy outdoor summer living and suitable for everyone who wishes to be close to everything, including beaches, restaurants and Hvar centre.
