OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Hvar Passion with pool is situated in an enviable spot just a few hundred metres from the Franciscan Monastery in Hvar Town. From the terrace you have a full view of the ancient walled monastery complex which dates back to the late 15th century, the Adriatic Sea, the island of Galisnik and beyond. This luxury villa with pool has been built with your comfort and perfect holiday experience in mind. Hvar town is teaming with lively bars and restaurants and you will love to sit in one of the cafes in the town squares or along the harbour front enjoying a cappuccino or an ice-cream and watch the world go by. Numerous beaches are dotted along the coast and outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, boat excursions and many more are in easy reach of the villa. We highly recommend a boat trip to the Blue and Green Cave and the Pakleni Islands.
This elegant and spacious villa offers accommodation for 12 guests and is suited for large families or large group of friends holidaying together.
ACCOMMODATION
The living space spreads over four floors with views of the sea and the monastery from each floor. Each living area has satellite TV, Bose wave music system, and WiFi is available throughout the entire property. Books and a few card games are also provided. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms there are two further bathrooms and three separate toilets. There are also three safe deposit boxes in the villa.
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of a living room, modern kitchen and one twin bedroom with bathroom and a guest toilet. The highlights are the fitness studio with TV, massage table, and the outside dining area for 12 people with fantastic views of the Franciscan Monastery. This is the place to socialise over a meal and a good glass of local wine, and you are only a few steps away from the heated pool and garden on the lower terrace.
First floor
The elegant open plan living space on the first floor is well designed to make optimal use of the space, and tastefully selected décor elements give the finishing touch. Step out onto the beautiful terrace with stunning views of the sea and the Franciscan monastery. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffe maker, toaster, tableware, and kitchen utensils, and the stylish dining table sits four guests comfortably. There are two bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has its own walk-in dressing area and the other double bedroom has a sofa bed. The bedrooms have wooden flooring and are decorated in calming tones. Exquisitely tiled ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower provide comfort. Bedlinen and bath towels are provided.
Second floor
The second floor has a similar lay out to the first floor. There is one twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and a master bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Attic/third floor
This is a very special place to be, far reaching views across the blue Adriatic Sea and a fantastic view of the Franciscan Monastery. The living room is bright and airy with large glass doors opening onto a beautiful terrace with outside lounge, kitchen and Jacuzzi. The double bedroom has ample wardrobe space and an ensuite shower room.
OUTSIDE
On the ground floor there is a terrace with BBQ and a large dining table and enough space for all guests to socialise. The heated pool (30 sqm) is situated on the lower terrace and is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing terrace with sun loungers. The garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and planted borders. Natural stone walls complete the look. There is parking for up to … cars in the grounds.
