OVERVIEW
Brand new, luxury, beachfront, private villa in Hvar town must be on everyone dream list. Villa Avalon, built in 2020/2021, is an amazing Hvar villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with private garden and heated pool, fitness room and sauna, standing in the most prestigious area of this most prestigious town. The beach is 20 metres away and all modern facilities are included: WiFi, underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, parking, fabulous new beds. The infinity pool allows you to gaze at the sea whilst you swim and there is also a sea view when your family and friends gather around the barbecue with a glass of delicious red wine of Hvar (we love Zlatni Plavac). Space is luxury and Villa Avalon spreads over 406 square metres of living space, with large living and sleeping areas, windows streaming in the famous Hvar sunshine. The whole plot, which is securely walled, comprises 547 metres. The villa is in a quiet part of Hvar, but you are just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hvar square and its restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars, ancient theatre and church. Here you will be stunned by the delicious food and can immerse yourself into the authentic Mediterranean culture. Music and dance, water sports, happy people and yachts bobbing in the harbour - that is Hvar. Your stay in the luxury villa Avalon will be amazing.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The stone tiled floor covers the living area, with a range of sofas, some smaller tables and chairs and a custom designed cocktail bar which will provide many happy hours in this special villa. The bar separates the sitting room from the dining area where there is a modern dining table for 10 people. The stylish new kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, elegant cooking utensils and all tableware. A very refreshing detail is a hallway which has a green corner with lush planting of indoor plants.
The master bedroom suite was also designed for the ground floor and with a sea view. It contains a large bedroom with a super- king size double bed, a private bathroom with a bath tub, TV, own terrace and a walk-in wardrobe.
First floor
A staircase takes you to the first floor where there are four more double bedrooms with super king-size double beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk in wardrobes, private safes and TV sets. They have sea views and private balconies with top quality outdoor sofas and armchairs to enjoy those magnificent sea views in comfort. All the bedlinen and towels of the highest quality are provided and changed on request.
OUTSIDE
The garden of the luxury Villa Avalon is walled and secure, and mainly designed as a grand terrace with infinity pool and planting around the walls. The pool is provided with 10 sun beds and pool towels. In the garden there is a shady pergola with outdoor sofas to relax in, a barbecue, an outdoor gym, wellness and massage room and a sauna. A private path takes you down the garden to the steps and path that take you down to the beach. All in all - a one minute walk for your early morning swim!

A minimum deposit of 1500 euro to cover these additional services is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival, any unused amount is returned after departure. The owner reserves the right to increase the deposit depending on your additional service requests.
