OVERVIEW
Villa Summer Breeze is made up of four separate properties on one plot. All four have been built with Dalmatian stone and blend in sympathetically with the surroundings. While the exteriors are traditional, the inside is modern and tastefully decorated. Care has been taken to use colour schemes of white, sand and stone to complement the character of the property. Villa Summer Breeze and its pleasant garden are enclosed by a traditional stone wall. The sea is just a short walk away and the centre of the island is also walking distance.
Drvenik Mali is a tranquil and unspoilt haven. It is well known for its sandy and pebble beaches and clear blue sea. Visit Split and Trogir for culture, history, vibrant nightlife and great food.
Accommodation
Villa Summer Breeze is fully air-conditioned and has a separate utility room. There are four double bedrooms and a further two guests can sleep on two foldable single beds.
Main house
The main house is on two floors. On the ground floor is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer and blender plus cooking utensils, tableware and glassware. There is also an attractive dining area with table and chairs for six people, a particularly lovely living room with exposed stone walls, a luxurious white sofa and chandelier, and a WC. The living area also has a satellite TV and DVD player. The first floor is reached by a spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom with television and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The adjoining terrace is a lovely place to sit and relax, enjoying the views of the pool, sea and distant islands.
Summer Breeze Studio
This property is located on the left hand side of the main house. There is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The pool, sea and islands can be seen through a set of glass doors which run along the entire outside wall.
Summer Breeze Cottage
On the right hand side of the main house is the third property, home to a modern double bedroom and bathroom. This property also enjoys stunning views of the sea.
Summer Breeze Garden House
The Garden House is situated next to the main villa entrance and features a stylish double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside
Outside there is a large pool (8m x 4m) surrounded by a terrace with chairs and umbrellas and a pleasant garden with patio. There is a barbecue with a small dining area and the villa has a parking space.
