OVERVIEW
Luxury private villa Lillibet with pool, in a wonderful location 50 metres from the sea, provides a sumptuous accommodation for ten people in five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. This luxurious holiday home also has a Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool and a wonderful garden. The luxury family villa comprises a spacious living space of 530 square metres and is surrounded by a 1000 square metre fenced garden. Just below the villa is a long pebbly beach with crystal clear sea, calling for an early morning swim. The villa is pet friendly and has plenty of private parking. There is WiFi and air-conditioning throughout. The villa is situated in a peaceful enclave by the sea, offering privacy and comfort. However, the nearby town of Vodice is famous for nightlife, shopping, sporting activities and entertainment, so there is no shortage of fun things to do. The town puts on the famous Vodice Summer Festival which is full of events, most of them free. Beaches and restaurants on the waterfront will satisfy adults and children. For day trips visit the famous historic town of Split and the enchanting Krka River National Park with its gorgeous waterfalls. Outdoor activities are great; swimming, diving, boating, kayaking, cycling, hiking and more. There are many beaches and activities suitable for children. Outdoor activities and evening fun characterise the lovely little town of Vodice whose name "waters" reflects its past. Until the 19th century this place was known for exporting drinking water to the surrounding area, parched in the summer months. Nowadays Vodice is an amazing place for an active summer holiday and for a peaceful and relaxing stay at the luxury private Villa Lillibet with heated pool.
ACCOMMODATION
The private family villa with pool, Lillibet, is a real luxury villa. It comprises five double bedrooms, each one with its en-suite private bathroom or shower, and a guest toilet. All the bathrooms have underfloor heating. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor which can be a great advantage if you have mobility problems. All bedrooms have sumptuous bed linen and plenty of soft towels. Marble and wood are used throughout and all the furniture and lighting are of the highest quality.
Ground floor
A marble hallway with mirrors and a luxury chandelier lead to the living room of the luxury holiday home Lillibet on the ground floor, with one large glass wall facing the sea and the pool terrace. The ground floor is taken up by a large living area where you find Chesterfield sofas, a SAT TV and stereo music system, a large dining table for ten people and a modern, fully equipped kitchen plus a guest toilet as well as two double bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, kettle, ice maker and a great set of cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a baby cot, a feeding chair and an ironing board, iron and washer/dryer. Baby cot and feeding chair are on request.
On the ground floor are also two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, SAT TV, bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath and private sauna. This bedroom has access to its own private terrace with table and chairs - a peaceful corner with a gorgeous view. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed, SAT TV and en-suite shower. Both bedrooms are very inviting and relaxing.
First floor
A marble staircase leads upstairs to a further three en-suite double bedrooms, each with SAT TV and shower room. On the large landing there is an entertaining area with a pool table. This opens up on to the first floor terrace which has a Jacuzzi outdoors. Fabulous sea views are to be enjoyed from the bedrooms and the first floor terrace, with crisp white Dalmatian wine at hand.
OUTSIDE
The beautiful garden of the private luxury Villa Lillibet is fenced with wrought iron fencing through which you can see the sea and the beach. Just outside the living room there is a large sunbathing terrace with a swimming pool (8 by 4 metres) and ten sun loungers, pool towels and a heated outdoor shower. On the covered terrace there is a large outdoor dining table for ten people and a table football. On the second outdoor terrace you have a complete summer kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor dining tableware.
