OVERVIEW
The family friendly and pet friendly Villa Marcella is located close to beaches and near the coastal town of Trogir. The sunny climate and mild weather all-year round, the incredible cultural and historic heritage of Trogir and Split, the vibrancy of nightlife and the whole range of watersports, extreme sports and entertainment on offer will attract families with young children and teenagers, or adults in search of wonderful experiences.
The villa has a Mediterranean garden and a pool where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine atmosphere. It is in a lovely residential area which has similar villas and in a quiet road, although close to all the amenities. There are sea views from many parts of the villa.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a large and spacious living and dining room with comfortable sofas, a DVD player, Satellite TV, PS2 and HiFi system. From the living area there is direct access to a large terrace/balcony with sun awnings and outdoor table and seating. Adjacent is the oak kitchen which is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. Cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware are all provided. A shower room and washing machine is also on the ground floor. WiFI is provided.
First floor
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms in total, two doubles, a twin room and a single bedroom. One of the double rooms also has two auxilary beds and a baby crib. Each room has a balcony with sea view and is simply furnished with wooden flooring, wardrobes and bedside tables. The master bedroom also benefits from a large balcony with amazing bay and countryside views. There are also a bathroom with bath tub on this floor. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
The spacious garden consists of a private pool of 24 square metres, wide sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, lemon and rosemary. The property is completely fenced/walled and therefore suitable for children and pets. The charming garden house (outdoor kitchen and dining area) is equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware, barbecue, sink, fridge, gas cooker, coffee machine, eating and relaxing area, swing seat, and a sunbathing area with adjustable sun screens and faces the garden and pool. In addition, there is private parking for up to 5 cars. You will be able to enjoy the outdoor living and beach walks below the villa.
