OVERVIEW
Just a few steps and you are on the beach right in front of the villa. Villa Lungomare is located in a fishing village within a small villa complex with free use of the gym, which is accessible to all guests within the complex. The small fishing village lies on the north-eastern side of the Ciovo Island. Beautiful lagoons, cliffs and beaches are dotted along the islands coast. The sea is warm and clear and so inviting for a swim and sunbathing on the beach. If you are looking for an active day by the sea head to Copacabana beach in Okrug Gornji with a small water park and eateries. Trogir, UNESCO World Heritage site, is just around the corner and you shouldn't miss the fascinating historic sights. There is so much to do and see, visit the towns of Split, Primosten, Sibenik and Makarska and if you are a nature lover the Krka Waterfalls National Park is the place for you to go to. After a day out you will love to return to your villa to end the day enjoying a barbecue with fantastic local produce and socialising around the pool. A special feature of this villa is the 100 sqm roof terrace. Just a few steps and you are on the beach right in front of the villa.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Lungomare consists of 2 separate apartments which can be rented separately or together as the whole villa. The villa is fully air conditioned.
Apartment 1
Ground floor
The open plan living area is kept in neutral tones with some splashes of colour and a few tasteful modern paintings. A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee grinder, espresso machine, table ware and cooking utensils offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people and there are 3 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. From the sitting area with modern corner sofa, armchairs, satellite TV, sound system and free WiFi you have access to the covered dining terrace with adjoining pool terrace. The sea view is magnificent and you will just love to sit there and let the world go by.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, a separate toilet and a small laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The villa also offers a safe deposit box.
First floor
Stairs are leading to the first floor with two further double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and TV. Again, the rooms are kept in neutral tones with colourful paintings and rugs. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Apartment 2
First floor
Stairs are leading to the first floor where there is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The spacious, modern bedroom has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and nice rug. A modern painting completes the tasteful décor.
Second floor
A further flight of stairs leads to the open plan living area which has a similar lay out to the ground floor apartment. From the sitting area you have access to the covered balcony with dining table, barbecue and breath taking sea view. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The two double bedrooms on this floor have ensuite shower rooms. All bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Garden and pool terrace - for the use of apartment 1 or for both apartments if you are renting the whole villa
A few steps lead from the dining terrace with dining table and barbecue to the pool terrace. The terrace is framed with lush greenery. The open view towards the sea is heavenly and you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool or taking a dip to cool off afterwards. There is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and sun umbrella.
Balcony
The covered balcony with stunning sea views is for the use of apartment 2 and has a dining table for six people and a barbecue.
Roof top terrace
A special feature of Villa Lungomare is the 100 sqm roof terrace. Take in the fascinating views and enjoy the cool of the evening from above.
