OVERVIEW
In a quiet bay on Ciovo, close to historic Trogir, the sea gazing Villa Bellezzina stands surrounded by a peaceful garden with green lawns on 3,300 square metres of land. Mediterranean plants and azure blue sea are just 30 metres in front of it. It is simply beautiful. Old Trogir is just 6 km away, replete with markets, excellent restaurants and bags of culture, night life for the young ones and adults and plenty of beaches and places to explore along the shore. In front of the villa there is a beach with the villa's own mooring (suitable for a 20 metre yacht). The town of Okrug Gornji with its busy beach and lively sea front is 2km distance.
Accommodation
The accommodation is on two floors and in four bedrooms, one is a single bedroom. The villa is heated and cooled by solar power, and there is one air-con unit on the ground floor. Sea view is spectacular.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan living room with sitting and dining areas and a kitchen which is well equipped. There is a gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, mixer, toaster, and excellent cooking utensils and tableware. In addition, there is a washing machine, ironing board, iron and a hair dryer. The sitting room offers Sat TV LCD, HiFi, CD player, DVD player and WiFi. The sitting room sofa pulls out to provide sleeping for two people. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a shower room. The ground floor is air-conditioned.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads from the sitting room to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, one has twin beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. These bedrooms share a luxurious shower room and there is a desk in the hallway/study area.
Outside
The villa has a gorgeous private garden. Olive trees provide natural shade and Mediterranean herbs release their scent in the garden. An incredible and close view of the sea is right in front of you. The stone terrace has a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols. On the upper terrace is a covered area for outdoor dining, next to the barbecue. Yet another terrace has a lovely outdoor sofa and chairs for lazy summer moments. The garden is such a fantastic area for relaxing and socialisng. It is walled and excellent for children to play in, whilst a pebbly beach is just outside of the villa! If you are a sailor, moor your boat outside on your private mooring.
