Overview
Villa Ava is situated on the fringe of a little fishing village with a beautiful mountain backdrop. From the villa to the beach it is only 150 metres, but you might have to walk a bit further as there is no direct path to the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and a sheltered harbour are all within easy reach.
The centre of Trogir Old Town (UNESCO World Heritage site) is just over 6 kilometres away and you don't want to miss visiting the historic sites like the Cathedral of St Lawrence, the Cipiko Palaces or the Radovan portal. Master Radovan, the most important sculptor of Croatian medieval art, signed his name on the main portal. And the list could go on as there are so many things to discover. There is no shortage of restaurants and eateries and you will enjoy dining outside along the cobbled streets and watch the world go by.
We also recommend to visit the Ciovo Island which is connected via a bridge with the mainland. Ciovo has a rich history and in the medieval times it was a place for lepers. In the 15th century refugees who fled from the Turks settled on Ciovo and also the suburban areas of Trogir extend now to Ciovo. Boat tours departing from Trogir are a favourite holiday activity and we are happy to help organising this for you.

Villa Ava is fully air conditioned with WiFi connection, Smart TV, Blue tooth speakers and PlayStation4 games console.
Ground floor
The stylish and airy open plan ground floor area is kept in shades of grey with a few splashes of colour added. Large balcony doors frame a stunning sea view and the sitting area with direct access to the pool terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair and coffee table. The dining table seats 10 people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances such as oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and table ware.
The double bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the pool terrace and is equipped with double bed, TV, desk, wardrobe, safe and ensuite bathroom. The double bed can be split into two single beds. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Fitness/games room
The fitness room is equipped with high quality fitness machines and in one corner there is a large TV screen with games console and two sofas.
First floor
Four further bedrooms with TV, safe and ensuite bathroom are located on the first floor.
Three bedrooms with sea view and balcony. Two double beds can be split into single beds. Bedlinen and bathroom towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The heated infinity pool (11 x 3.7 metres) features massage jets and the pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and modern garden furniture. There is also a lit outside dining/barbecue area and an outside shower.
