OVERVIEW
Luxury Croatia villa Armonia is a perfect modern villa in a unique seaside location, combining high technology living with the romance of the emerald sea and islands in front. The villa is on three floors (385 square metres of living space and 400 square metres of garden). It was built in 2017 and the eco- inspired owners have provided solar power in addition to normal electricity. The villa is located in a peaceful, beautiful bay, only 30 metres from a pebbly beach which you access via a small country path. The sea is warm and clear to swim in and the whole bay is very unspoilt. Even though you are in your own quiet paradise, you are only 4.5 km (2.8 miles) away from the fascinating, old city of Trogir which is one of the most beautiful places in the whole of Croatia. For tennis players, there is a public tennis court 400 metres from the villa.
The property is fully fenced, has a private entrance and secure parking for four cars. The grounds at this stunning villa feature a private infinity swimming pool, children's playground, a garden and a shaded pergola. The bedrooms have sea views and are on the first and second floors. Much thought and attention was paid to the bedroom look, so that the atmosphere of Mediterranean islands is evoked in the choice of bed linen, mood lighting, individual temperature controls, reading lights, all this provided for your ultimate comfort and enjoyment.
The villa has a private mooring bouy in front of the villa which is suitable for motor boats and sailing yachts.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The bright and elegant, open plan living room comprises a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace, designer sofas, lighting and carpets. Here is a DENON entertainment centre with a built-in audio surround, CD, DVD and Blu Ray player. WiFi is throughout the villa. There is a Jacuzzi hot tub in the living room extension which has a full sized window that can be opened, giving an indoor-outdoor effect. The dining table is for ten people and links with a modern, very well equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio and the barbecue area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dish washer, cooker, hob, microwave, wine cooler, ice maker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and modern tableware. On this floor there is a sauna, a gym, and toilet as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble drier, iron and ironing board. The living area overlooks the sea and several beautiful islands.
First floor
First floor comprises two double bedrooms which have a view of the sea - one of them has a terrace. Each bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, plenty of towels, beautiful bed linen, TV, and a safe.
Second floor
The second floor comprises also two double en-suite bedrooms, of which one has a sea view terrace.
Outside
The villa has a magical location, its garden planted with Mediterranean herbs lavender and rosmary, so typical of Croatia, palms, lemon and orange trees. The infinity pool (6 by 4 metres) is surrounded by eight sun loungers and has great sea view. Pool towels are provided. For socialising and entertaining, there is an outdoor barbecue, a dining set of table and chairs, covered terrace. There is a children's playground with safe flooring.
The boat mooring bouy is directly in front of the villa.
