OVERVIEW
This great family villa consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 additional, luxury one-bedroom apartments on the top floor, all rented as one house. In total there are five bedrooms. The special feature of this Croatian family villa is the amazing view of the sea from all the rooms and the pool, as well as the proximity to the beach. The living area comprises 150 square metres and there is plenty of space in and around the villa for a large group of friends, two families or one large family. All will have a fabulous time. The villa is on a slope and a small local road leads to the back of the villa where there is a garage for 3 cars and more outside parking space. There are eighty steps down to the beach, so maybe this villa is nor for small children or the elderly.
To the side of the villa, outdoor steps lead down to the garden and the main entrance. The outdoor area is very inviting with a shaded terrace for al fresco dining, a BBQ, lovely pool and sunbathing area. The exciting old town of Trogir is just 3km away, historic Split is 30km away and it is an easy 15 minutes drive to Split airport. For day trips consider Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls, Makarska, Omis zip line, white water rafting on the river Cetina and the islands of Hvar and Brac.
Accommodation
Ground floor
From the garden the main entrance goes into the open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and tableware. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also supplied. The kitchen is recessed and adjoins the dining table, sufficiently large to accommodate ten people. The cream-tiled sitting room has a leather sofa and armchairs, and opens out onto the garden terrace with more seating and magnificent sea views. In this corner there is a satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi. There is a separate WC on this floor.
First floor
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, sharing one shower room. The double bedrooms have balconies looking out to the sea. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Second floor
On the second floor are two beautifully refurbished one bedroom studio apartments, each with a balcony with a fabulous sea view. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a shower room and a kitchenette. One apartment contains a washing machine (the second washing machine). These apartments are also reached through the main gate but have their separate, individual entrances and so are suitable for teenagers or anyone who wishes to have more privacy from the main group.
Outside
The villa has a pretty garden, set out as a terracotta-tiled patio around the 8 by 4 metre pool, bordered with a lawn and with some lovely, colourful flower beds and palms. In front of the villa is a vaulted terrace and to the side there is a covered terrace with a large stone barbecue, wooden dining table and chairs sufficient for 10 people. You will be happy there socialising outside with that view in front, or spend the day immersed in the nearly 2000 year old Roman emperor palace in Split, or walking the cobbled narow alleyways of sublime Trogir, with irts gorgeous churches, cafes and restaurants.
