OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Hillside nestles in a quiet spot on a small island of Ciovo, within close proximity of Trogir, one of the prettiest and most romantic towns on the Croatian coast and linked to Ciovo by a short bridge. It sits in a spacious and carefully landscaped, private garden. There is a definite feeling of space and wellbeing within the villa and its garden with magnificent sea views and lovley terraces with tables and chairs where you can relax in the sunshine. The grounds cover 900 square metres and the villa has 400 square metres of living space spread over three floors. Within 1km of the villa there are hiking and biking trails and the area has many beaches. The villa is arranged as three large apartments and a separate, ground floor suite, but the whole group integrates well and there are places where all can sit together and socialise. Equally, there is privacy for those who wish for a quiet moment by themselves. A perfect choice for those who want a large, private villa in a peaceful spot, but close to beach and lively towns.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On this level there is one spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofas, satellite TV, balcony and en-suite shower room. The bedroom is modern and furnished with high quality furniture. The ground floor is accessed through a separate entrance to the rest of the villa. On the ground floor there is also a separate apartment in which the housekeeper lives.
First floor
The first floor of the villa contains the main kitchen, living room, dining room and three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including oven, stove, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, ice-maker, juice maker, blender, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats eight people comfortably. Adjacent to the dining area is a spacious living room with plenty of seating, satellite LCD TV and DVD player. The large balcony can be accessed via the living room, where exquisite views can be enjoyed across Kastela Riviera and beyond to the mainland. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Two are double bedrooms and the other is a twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. In addition, there is a separate shower room on this floor. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Second floor
On the second floor there are two apartments. Each apartment contains a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining table seating four people and a living room equipped with modern furniture, comfortable sofas and excellent audio and video equipment. In each apartment there is a shower room, a double bedroom and a gallery bedroom with twin beds. One of the apartments has a 17 square metre balcony, which is equipped with outside furniture, while the other has a 24 square metre large terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Outside
Villa Hillside has idyllic surroundings and the luxurious landscaped gardens surrounding the 32 square metre pool are the perfect place to lie back and relax. The pool and terrace area have many sun loungers and parasols. An additional feature of this villa is the stunning traditional summer kitchen tavern with grill and seating area. It is the perfect place to relax, prepare food and enjoy the warm evenings with a glass of wine.
