OVERVIEW

Luxury Villa Silk with heated private pool and private tennis court is a brilliant, modern villa in the Split region. It is located in the town of Kastel, a lively and charming seaside town 18km away from Split. Surrounded by Mediterranean pines the villa is quite private and you are at a lovely pebbly beach within a minute's walk. It is perfect for families with children who can play on the beach, snorkel and swim safely. But it is also a great vacation home for adults who want to be active and participate in numerous summer entertainment events, such as open air concerts, brass band displays, art shows, dancing, water sports, restaurants and nightlife. The town of Split is close and you will want to visit more than once. Lose yourself in the labyrinths of the Roman palace of the emperor Diocletian who was born on the Split shores. Walk around the well preserved Roman Forum and the Peristyle and visit medieval churches, lively markets and excellent shops. There are museums, theatres, galleries, antique shops, ice cream parlours, fantastic restaurants and many night clubs for the night crowd. Highly recommended is a visit to the islands of Brac and Hvar, to experience the natural beauty and emerald sea of the islands, together with beautiful, authentic fishing villages and towns lining the coast. Krka River National Park is a perfect one day trip from Villa Silk.

Luxury private family Villa Silk is very spacious with 460 square metres of living area arranged over three floors.  The completely secure, fenced plot is 1500 square metres and includes a separate entertainment house which has a games room, large stone built indoor barbecue, a pool table, table football. For tennis players, luxury villa Silk has the special selling point of a proper, clay tennis court exclusively for your use. In total, 10 people plus 2 extra can sleep in this luxury holiday home in Split region. The holiday home is arranged on three floors - ground floor for living areas, and first and second floors for the bedrooms with wonderful terraces and balconies.

The luxurious private Villa Silk with pool and tennis court has five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a games /party room, a garden with pool, parking for three cars and a beach which is 80 metres away. All modern amenities are provided: beautiful bathrooms, air conditioning and underfloor heating in every room, WiFi, LCD TVs, impressive décor, fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking and a separate garden cottage with a games room. ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The whole of the ground floor is covered with cream marble tiles and has underfloor heating and cooling throughout. It comprises an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area, a guest cloakroom and a children's playroom. This spacious place is cool and full of light, with a well equipped kitchen and a living area showing off a large, comfortable plush U-shaped sofa and extra armchairs around a satellite LCD TV. The kitchen is stocked with two fridges, one freezer, a wine cooling cabinet, icemaker, a dishwasher, a microwave, cooker hob, oven, kettle, juicer, blender, coffee maker and a toaster. A large dining table and chairs can sit 14 people. There are plenty cooking utensils and lovely tableware. In addition, the villa supplies an iron, ironing board, a safe, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a clothes' drying rack, two baby cots and two high chairs.

Stairs lead to the first floor.

First floor

The first floor comprises four excellent, spacious bedrooms with super king size double beds  (180 x 200cm), desks/dressing tables, fresh white bed linen and plenty of towels. Bedroom one has a large ensuite bathroom with shower and an additional single foldable bed if needed. This room opens out onto a sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedroom two has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with a hand held bath shower and a balcony with a seating area. Bedroom three has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a seating area. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite shower. All beds are high and have the ability to adjust the position of the floor.

Second floor

The master bedroom is on the second floor.  This lovely bedroom has a super king size double bed and a sofa for maximum comfort and its own satellite LCD TV. The master bedroom has a large bath tub, a separate shower and his and hers hand basins. The bedroom opens out onto its fantastic private terrace which is an outdoor lounge with an outdoor TV, sofas, swing chairs and sun loungers. Here you can relax in privacy surrounded by the scent of pine trees.    

OUTSIDE

You can smell the Mediterranean from the sunny garden and terraces of the private luxury family villa Silk. These are the scents of pines, old cypresses, lavender and the sea! The garden is planted with olive trees, rosemary, citrus, palms and flowers. The heart of this amazing garden is its large, heated swimming pool (10 by 5 metres) surrounded by sun loungers,  deck chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower. In the warm Split nights, this becomes a magical place with many shiny lanterns and thick, scattered cushions where everyone can unwind and enjoy the starry sky. In the garden is a separate modern cottage with an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a stone built barbecue and a pizza oven, an outdoor dining table for 10 people, and a bar. Inside there is a stunning games room/party room with table football, pin ball machine, pool table, fridge/freezer, a modern leather sofa, a wall mounted TV and another large barbecue - a serious party room for playing, eating and dancing! Yes, there is a pull down screen where you can watch matches and movies…what a wonderful life!

For tennis players there is a full size tennis court which is fully fenced and exclusively for your use. As the Split area is well known and famous for world class tennis players, private tennis lessons can be arranged on request.
