OVERVIEW
This modern and contemporary villa sits in an enviable location directly by the sea. Fantastic sea views can be enjoyed from every level of this four bedroom villa. Steps at the end of the garden lead to the sea where you can take a refreshing swim.
The beautiful Bay of Kastela has a 17 Kilometer shoreline and sits right between the historic towns of Split and Trogir. The seven Kastela's are very popular summer resorts for local and foreign tourists. Land based outdoor activities, water sports, lovely beaches, restaurants, and entertainment are all in close reach of the villa. We recommend a visit to the wineries in Perisin, Bedalov and Vucica for tasting local wine and sampling traditional Dalmatian dishes.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Lady Bird has a total living space of 400 m² spread over two floors.
Ground floor
From the entrance hall you are lead into the spacious open plan living area with amazing views of the sea. The living area is tiled throughout and is kept in subtle grey and white tones. Clear lines and minimalistic style are dominating the interior design, which is by no means contradicting the feel of comfort and elegance. The lounge features stylish sofas and a large wall-mounted TV. Large glass doors open to the terrace, connecting the outside lounge with the inside sitting area. The large dining table sits eight guests comfortably and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, and table ware.
One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet are also on this floor. The bedroom has access to the terrace and benefits from fantastic sea views.
First floor
A very modern staircase with wooden steps and glass banister leads to the first floor. Here you find three further bedrooms, two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and one bedroom with private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has twin beds. All bedrooms have access to the sea view balcony from where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The bathrooms are exquisitely furnished, and all towels and bed linen are provided.
OUTSIDE
The main feature is the large heated infinity pool with waterfall. The pool is surrounded by a spacious decking area with sun loungers. There is also a covered outside lounge and dining area, where you can socialise and come together over a meal cooked on the BBQ from delicious local produce. The garden is laid to lawn and planted with Mediterranean shrubs. Stairs at the end of the garden lead to the sea.
