OVERVIEW
Villa Delphina is a modern villa with heated pool, in the vicinity of Split (15km), with fantastic views over the sea and Dalmatian islands. The villa is very spacious, 384 square metres of living space and 800 square metres of garden. Your beach is within a 120 metres distance and there is a coastal path of several kilometres, which you can walk and visit many lovely beaches and seaside villages. All the amenities are nearby, shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars, markets, and some wonderful places to visit are within easy reach, including the Krka National Park with its famous waterfalls, towns of Trogir and Makarska, zip line in Omis, the river Cetina canyon for white water rafting, and the islands of Hvar and Brac.
The villa is fully air conditioned, has WiFi connections in most bedrooms and is equipped with modern technology, such as remote control window blinds. The owners have invested in exceptionally comfortable and large beds and spacious bathrooms, smart furnishing and lighting and all the comfort expected from a high standard holiday home.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of a kitchen/diner with an adjacent entertainment area, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a separate WC. The kitchen/diner is connected to an entertainment area with a billiards table, darts, PlayStation 3 and a satellite TV. From this pleasant and fun place there is direct access to two large garden terraces, one of them with an area of 36 square metres and the other, even larger, with 120 square metres and a heated swimming pool. The kitchen has a smart dark floor, modern kitchen units, full cooking equipment, nice glassware, cutlery and plates. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bedrooms have light-coloured wooden floors and are provided with high quality beds and automatic blinds. All the bed linen and towels are included. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a very large mattress, 200cm x 210cm, and an en-suite shower room with corner bath, bidet, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The second ground floor bedroom has three single beds which are also of generous proportions (120cm x 210cm). The ensuite bathroom has a shower (120cm x 90cm), a bidet, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet /utility area with washbasin, WC, washing machine and dryer.
First floor
The first floor comprises of a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and two ensuite double bedrooms, a separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The first floor kitchen and sitting area have pale wood floors, modern kitchen units, with full cooking equipment, nice glassware, cutlery and plates. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The sitting area has a very large L-shaped modern sofa, a satellite TV, WiFi connection and access to two lovely, large terraces/balconies with sea views and outdoor furniture. The dining table can accommodate 8-9 people. One double bedroom has an internet connection and a very comfortable mattress sized 200cm x 210cm. It has a spacious ensuite shower (120cm x 90cm cubicle) and hairdryer. The other double bedroom on the first floor has an equally comfortable mattress and a large en suite bathroom with a bath tub and a separate shower cubicle and a hairdryer. There is also a sofa bed in this bedroom, which can sleep one additional person. All the bed linen and towels are provided. A separate utility room has a washbasin, a WC, a washing machine, an iron and stores a cot and high chair for children under 5 years of age.
Basement
There is also an air conditioned fitness area with satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation 3 and a toilet in the basement.
Outside
The outdoor area has two large terraces, a swimming pool (9m x 4m x 1.4m) with jets for resistance swimming and an entrance with rail for an easier access into the pool. The cleaning is fully automatic. There is an outdoor shower, garden furniture, five good quality sun beds, a table tennis table and an outdoor barbecue. A smart outdoor sofa and armchairs are on the shady terrace, and there is also an outdoor dining table. Outdoor steps lead down to the lower part of the garden, which is a grass lawn and a children's playground. There is private parking for four cars. Pool towels are provided.
