OVERVIEW
Large private villa with pool, Villa City Girl is located in the lively seaside resort of Podstrana, which is a part of the famous town of Split. It is a 10 bedroom villa in an urban area filled with residential houses and individual holiday homes and a 5 minute walk takes you to the local beach. The villa is arranged on three floors and has many balconies, and the sea view is enjoyed from many of the rooms. There is plenty of space as this Split holiday home spreads over 550 square metres of living space and a large pool measures 54 square metres.
You are close to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and the many outdoor activities available in the area. Public transport is reasonably priced. Taxis will take you to the heart of old Split where you must visit the famous Diocletian's Palace - an authentic Roman palace still standing and so huge that a whole new medieval and modern city had risen within it. Split is a goldmine for history lovers, but also for everyone. There are gorgeous restaurants, markets to explore, excellent shopping, concerts, galleries, theatre, night clubs, boat trips, water sports! Or just sit in one of the harbour cafes enjoying the sunshine and an aromatic coffee with a moreish pastry! Day trips will take you to Brac and Hvar islands, Krka Waterfalls National Park, wonderful sandy beaches and a spectacular zip line across a gorge in Omis, where in July you can also watch the renowned Pirate Race. A week is not enough to fully experience all the amazing things you can do from this villa!
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large sitting room which has several sofas and a bar, so all can meet together and socialise. The large kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. There is a dining area in the separate room, but the best part is the immediate outdoor space with a large L-shaped sofa which is your open-air lounge and the additional summer kitchen. From the ground floor living room there is direct access to the pool terrace and the outdoor dining table and barbecue. On the ground floor are also three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are included in each bedroom. The villa supplies a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor
The first floor comprises four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and one twin room with en-suite bathroom with a tub. Four of these bedrooms have south aspects and balconies and a brilliant sea view.
Second floor
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower and a separate room which can be used for meditation, yoga or similar. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom, with a bath tub and access to a balcony with panoramic sea views.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor area of this large villa is fully fenced and includes lawn with a large outdoor dining table and flowerbeds planted with scented lavender and flowers. The pool is facing the sea, surrounded by sunbeds. The summer kitchen and outdoor lounge complete the garden which is great for swimming and entertaining.
