Overview
Villa Sebena 2 is a newly built, light and modern, semi-detached family friendly villa in Sibenik, a must see town in Central Dalmatia. It sleeps seven, but together with its sister villa, Sebena 1 next door, this villa complex can accept 14 people. The villa comprises 105 square meters of interior space and sits on a walled 220 square metre plot with a private swimming pool. It is close to the sea with just a five minutes' walk to a pebbly beach. This great family villa offers two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms. Iron, ironing board and a hairdryer are also supplied. There is private parking for two cars.
The town of Sibenik is bursting with history and architectural beauty such as a wonderful, colonnaded medieval town square with a beautiful Cathedral. Sibenik is surrounded by lovely beaches and is close to two fantastic National Parks: Krka River Waterfalls and Paklenica. It has a famous Michelin star restaurant 'Pellegrini', many excellent restaurants, taverns, bars and shops.
Children and adults will have fun at the themed Aquapark Dalmatia where they can experience "Lazy river", fairy tale cave and many exciting water rides. There is a child friendly restaurant.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a living room with access to the garden, a twin bedroom and a shower room. The open plan living room has a large, comfortable sofa, satellite TV, WiFi, a fully equipped new kitchen and a dining table for seven people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, a toaster, filter coffee machine, new tableware and cookware. A baby cot and feeding chair are provided on request. The bedroom has twin beds (size 90 x 200 cm), bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The living room area has a large glass door with direct access to the garden and the covered dining terrace by the pool.
First floor
A staircase leads from the sitting room to three relaxing bedrooms and a shower room with a washing machine. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size double beds (160 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes, the other bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a desk. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The main bedroom has direct access to a lovely, large balcony (15 square metres) with table and chairs.
OUTSIDE
Family villa Sebena 2 has a walled garden/courtyard and a pool measuring 7.5 by 4 metres, an outside solar shower, sun loungers and a large parasol. The pool steps make it easy to enter the private pool. In the back garden there is also a barbecue, potted palms, Mediterranean shrubs and olive trees which give this gorgeous family villa a real Mediterranean feel.
