OVERVIEW
Luxury 5 star villa Coast will amaze you with its huge outdoor infinity pool, heated indoor pool/wellness, gym, an enormous amount of space and its marvellous seaside location. Wherever you are in the villa, you see the gorgeous blue Adriatic Sea and the beach is just 10 metres away, in front of the villa. The sea is warm, clear and perfect for families with children and for adults. Your own boat mooring takes up to a 10 metre long boat (2metre draft). You are in for a treat if you want to sail around the gorgeous Sibenik archipelago which includes the Kornati islands Nature Park and Dugi Otok Nature Park with the famed sandy beach Sakarun. The villa, built in 2014 and including a lift, comprises a massive 1000 square metres of interior floor space and the plot is 2600 square metres. The garden is completely walled and gated which is important if you have small children and pets. In the villa there are many facilities to pamper you and keep you occupied, such as the wellness room, heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, a serious gym, table tennis and bicycles. The daily maid is included in the price. The little village road that goes between the beach and the villa is very unobtrusive and ends at the villa, which is the last house in this seaside village.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is approached from the garden, by about 20 steps or from the back parking lot which is level with the back entrance. You can also park several cars.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large sitting and dining area, with oak flooring, and hallway and kitchen which have cream coloured Italian floor tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, steam oven and regular oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and new tableware plus 2 child feeding chairs. On the ground floor there is the utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning materials. A gym with shower and toilet, sauna and shower, wellness with heated indoor pool, including a massage jet and resistance wave and a Jacuzzi are also on the ground floor. In the basement you will find a special room for entertainment with game machines and a juke box, a table tennis table and a large fireplace and dining table and chairs. This room can be used for parties.
First floor
A beautiful wrought iron staircase with stone steps leads to the first floor. There are four double bedrooms of which one has twin beds and the others have super king or king size double beds. Bed linen and towels are included. Some of the bathrooms are equipped with bath tubs, and some have shower enclosures. All the bed linen and towels are included.
Apartment
A self-contained apartment is reached via external stairs. You are entering the open plan living area from a lovely sea view balcony. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining table for four and a modern, comfortable sofa. The two bedrooms, of which one has a double bed and the other one twin beds, share a shower room.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor area of the villa is very large and in front there is a lovely lawn planted with palm trees and colourful oleander bushes. The large infinity pool measures 10.5 by 5.0 metres with the depth of 1.4 -1.6 metres. There is a large sunbathing patio with 12 sunbeds and a few parasols and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. In addition this luxury villa has an outdoor summer kitchen with a built in barbecue, a sink and an outdoor dining table for 10 people. Next to the outdoor dining is a large L-shaped wicker sofa where you can relax, looking at the sea and smell the fresh scent of pines surrounding the house.
A boat mooring suitable for boats of up to 10 metres length is available at no extra cost
