OVERVIEW
Luxury family Villa Saturn with heated infinity pool and wellness suite is located close to the popular tourist destination of Rogoznica. With 260 m² of living space and a 38 m² large pool this seaside villa with pool and wellness suite is an exceptionally well designed villa for a holiday with family and friends. In the surrounding area you will find plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and the history and culture lovers among you will find enough sights to visit in the historical towns and cities of Sibenik, Primosten, Split, Trogir, Omis and Makarska. The beach is in walking distance and after a day filled with outdoor activities you will love to go out for a meal at one of the lovely restaurants dotted along the harbour of Rogoznica. Taste the flavour of Croatia and try 'Buzara', a seafood dish cooked in a mixture of olive oil, wine, garlic, fresh herbs and sometimes added bread crumbs paired with a fresh glass of Posip. We highly recommend a boat trip to explore the Croatian islands and go for a swim and snorkel in some of the many beautiful hidden coves.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Immersed in sunlight the open plan living area is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the enchanting views of the Adriatic Sea. Two sofas, armchairs, a LCD smart TV and a stereo surround sound system create the perfect chill space. The dining area has a stylish dining table with chairs and designer lighting and from the breakfast bar you have uninterrupted views across the sea. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Espresso coffee machine, ice maker, kettle, toaster, tableware and kitchen utensils. A washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
Next to the open plan living area you will find the wellness suite with sauna, indoor hot tub and shower facility.
First floor
The four double bedrooms with a shared balcony with magnificent sea views and ensuite bathroom are a real oasis of calm. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony whilst having your first morning cuppa. One of the bedrooms has an additional sofa which can be extended to sleep a small child. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The focal point of the beautiful teak wood decking is the large infinity pool with surrounding sunbathing terrace. To the side of the villa there is an outside lounge and a covered barbecue/dining area. The garden is terraced and planted with palms and Mediterranean greenery. There is parking for 4 cars.
