OVERVIEW
Nestled in the hillside luxury family Villa Neptune impresses with breath-taking sea views and its close proximity to the Adriatic Sea (100 metres) and the village centre (600 metres). Several restaurants cafe/bars and a small supermarket are to be reached by car in just under 5 minutes. A short walk gets you to Mezaroca beach, a lovely pebble beach with some shallow entrances to the sea and bathing platforms with ladders. The coastline between Old Trogir and Sibenik is studded with beautiful beaches and breath-taking view points; you will be spoilt for choice! Plenty of water and land based outdoor activities are on offer and we would highly recommend a boat tour visiting the islands of Brac, Hvar, Solta, Vis and Korcula.
Luxury family Villa Neptune is one of three modern villas which can be rented together for large groups of up to 30 adults and 6 children. The large living space combined with a fabulous heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, and a magnificent sea view make this villa a desirable holiday rental which gets snapped up quickly. There is a separate apartment in the basement, which can only be accessed from the road. The apartment is usually occupied by the villa manager, but if needed could be rented on request, at extra cost. The apartment can sleep two guests.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury family Villa Neptune with pool is fully air conditioned and spreads over two floors with 260 m² of living space and provides accommodation for up to 9 guests.
Ground floor
Upon entering the villa you are drawn in to the spacious open plan living area, filled with light streaming in through the large sliding doors, opening the view over the pool terrace toward the sea. The ground floor has marbled tiles throughout and the designer lighting above the dining table enhances the elegant ambience. Two comfortable sofas and armchairs invite to laze in front of the TV or to listen to your favourite sound track on the stereo surround sound system. The dining area has a large dining table seating 9 guests comfortably and there are four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, such as oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso coffee machine, ice maker, kettle, toaster, tableware and kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room with washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor there is also a wellness suite with Jacuzzi, sauna and a separate bathroom with shower - relaxation pure! The terrace in front of the wellness suite is a beautiful spot to soak in the sun.
First floor
Four elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have access to a large shared balcony with magnificent sea views. The master bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed which can be extended to sleep a small child. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, towels and a hair dryer are provided.
OUTSIDE
Due to the hillside position of this luxury villa the outside space is terraced. The 38 m² heated infinity pool is surrounded by a beautiful decking area with lovely sea views and different levels for sunbathing, an outdoor lounge and a barbecue and dining area with mobile barbecue. Below the pool there is another sunbathing terrace. The garden is planted with palms and Mediterranean shrubbery. There is private parking for up to 4 cars.
