OVERVIEW
This luxury private family villa with pool is located in a hillside position above a picturesque fishing village. The village has a local grocery store, and a few restaurants are in walking distance. The local beaches invite for a swim and outdoor activities such as sea kayaking and SUP are on offer locally as well. For the more adventurous amongst you we recommend a guided rafting tour on the Cetina River, which is just about 15 minutes from the villa.
Luxury holiday home Blue Oasis has a large infinity pool where you will feel one with the blue, crystal clear sea. From the terraces you have a panoramic view over the islands of Brac, Hvar and the Peljesac peninsula. The villa is well located to visit the historic city of Split, and Omis and Makarska are just a 20-30 minutes' drive away.
ACCOMMODATION
The living space spreads over two floors, with the pool and BBQ terrace on the lower ground level.
Ground floor
The ground floor is dedicated to an open plan living space with lounge, diner and kitchen, which is kept in white and light colours, with large sliding doors merging the inside living space with the outside sea view terrace. Comfortable sofas in the living room can be extended to sleep additional two guests, and for your entertainment there is a satellite TV, WiFi and stereo music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tableware, and cooking utensils. The breakfast bar sits four people. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.
First floor
A sleek and modern staircase leads to the first floor with two en-suite double bedrooms. The large master bedroom (40sqm) has its own sea view balcony, comfortable super king-size beds (180x200cm) and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a super king-size bed which can be separated into two single beds (90x180cm each), and features a private bathroom with walk-in shower as well. Bedlinen and towels are provided and a there is a safe deposit box as well as a hairdryer in each bathroom.
OUTSIDE
Stairs from the sea view terrace with lounge and dining area on the ground floor are leading to the lower ground level. Here you will find the Jacuzzi, and another covered outside dining area, plus the barbecue. The large infinity pool is surrounded by a lovely sunbathing terrace and four sun loungers are provided. The views are second to none and you will want to stay there forever. There are two reserved parking places, one is just 30 metres from the villa and the other one 100 metres.
