OVERVIEW
Built in 2021, this luxury, architect designed villa resides on a small hill fresh with pine air, with the view to die for: shimmering sea day and night, a fantastic bay for swimming in the warm, safe sea. The sea is 140 metres away and to the beach and shops it is just 400 metres. Belair is a luxury modern villa with heated pool and four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. It is located in a quiet part, just outside the lively town of Rogoznica, close to Split (50km) and Trogir (20km). The location is peaceful, but it is easy to get to the busy and touristy places such as the famous Split with Roman antiquities or divine Trogir which has a renaissance feel to it. Restaurants, galleries, bars, beaches, excellent shopping and nightlife are all there.
Luxury private villa Belair has stylish and modern interiors which provide everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable five star holiday: great bedrooms and bathrooms with good bed linen and towels, elegant furniture, light streaming in through large windows with amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and WiFi. The perimeters of the property are fully encircled by a wall, there is a stunning heated swimming pool, a sunbathing terrace and a barbecue with outdoor dining. The villa is arranged on two floors and the living area comprises 140 square metres, whilst the plot is 530 square metres. There is parking in the villa grounds. The villa is very private.
The villa also accepts weddings and events for up to 30 people.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a large, bright living room with a kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom with an ensuite shower and a guest toilet. A large L-shaped sofa is the focus in the sitting area, where you also have a large wall-mounted LCD TV. The sleek white kitchen has a breakfast bar/island, and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, kettle, coffee espresso machine and an excellent set of cooking utensils and dinner ware. There is a dining table with eight chairs on the terrace for your Mediterranean dining experience.
The calm downstairs bedroom has a king size double bed, ensuite shower and direct access to the pool terrace and the outdoor lounge area, with sea view. There is a small desk and a wall mounted TV.
On the ground floor there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer. iron and ironing board and a guest toilet. A hair dryer is provided.
First floor
Three double bedrooms with king size beds and balconies with sea views are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has its own ensuite shower, and the other two bedrooms share a large shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning and large, sea view windows, excellent bed linen and TVs. Some bedrooms access a large balcony with stylish outdoor furniture, yet another peaceful corner to enjoy the view and the sunshine.
OUTSIDE
Luxury private family villa Belair has a luxurious, private garden with a stunning, heated swimming pool which incorporates a whirlpool and a pool shower. A lovely sunbathing deck contains high quality sun loungers. In addition, you have an excellent outdoor lounge with sofa and armchairs, and on the other side of the plot there is a proper outdoor summer kitchen, with a barbecue, bar and an outdoor dining table for eight people. From everywhere you have gorgeous sea and woodland views.
The villa has an amazing rooftop terrace which you reach from the first floor via external stairs. There are another whirlpool, a sauna and sunbathing loungers. How is that for stunning cocktails at sunset or a little private corner where you can sunbathe and read a book in peace, imbibing this unforgettable view?
