The penthouse and apartments are rented as a single villa unit. All apartments in the villa are luxurious, stylish, comfortable and spacious and ideal for your perfect holiday. The relaxing seaside town of Rogoznica offers a varied holiday, beach, water sports, numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, a stunning marina nearby and a plethora of summer events and amusements for all ages.
It is tucked away in a large sheltered bay and there are many beaches to choose from, from beautiful large flat rocks to pebbly and sandy beaches. The natural beauty of this area is stunning, and the vicinity of two fabulous towns Sibenik and Split will keep you busy if you are a culture fanatic or after a vibrant nightlife. The villa is close to the town centre and a short walk from everywhere you want to be. A perfect place for a large family or group of friends who wish to be together but also have some privacy from each other.

PENTHOUSE DUPLEX SEA VIEW APARTMENT (sleeps 4)
A stunning, 100 square metre sea-view apartment on two floors, starts on the first level of the house and can be reached independently from the garden, or by an internal staircase linked to the ground floor apartments. This luxury apartment has a large sitting room, dining room, new modern kitchen, exquisite balcony, a luxury double bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom. The sitting room has stylish sofas and is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD player, WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, tableware. A staircase leads to a galleried hallway with another bedroom furnished with twin beds and a bathroom, a balcony with sea view.
APARTMENT 1 (55 square metres, sleeps 2-4)
This stylish, sunny apartment has a double bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub, and also a separate shower room. There is a great sitting room and kitchen, and sea views and a terrace with outdoor sofa and armchairs. LCD SAT TV, DVD player, WiFi. The sitting room sofa can be converted into a bed for an additional two persons.
APARTMENT 2 (60 square metres, sleeps 2-4) This equally smart partment has a double bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with a bathtub, its own sitting room and kitchen, and sea view terrace with outdoor sofa and armchairs. LCD SAT TV, DVD player, WiFi. The sitting room sofa can be converted into a bed for extra two people.
STUDIO APARTMENT 3 (40 square metres, sleeps 2-3) On the first floor, you will also find a separate entrance to a smaller studio apartment which contains AC, a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. LCD SAT TV, DVD player, WiFi. There is also a single folding bed for an additional person. The villa also includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair-dryer.
Outside
A very attractive large sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool, which is provided with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. There are rattan tables and chairs for outdoor leisure around the pool, and a barbecue and a dining table for ten people outside.
