OVERVIEW
Close to the centre of one of the prettiest towns on the Adriatic, the charming fishing village of Primosten, you will find Villa Nevess. The villa provides tranquillity amongst the pine trees, and is an example of simple and stylish seaside chic. The village of Primosten is composed of little stone houses nestling together on a promontory, attached to the mainland by a causeway. All around is the lovely sea and sandy or pebbly beaches.
The villa is a short walk to the markets, shops, cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to a very nice beach. It is arranged as two apartments on the ground floor, but rented as one whole villa. The owners live discretely in the third apartment upstairs, and do not use the garden and pool. They will greet you with a welcome drink. The villa is very suitable for two families travelling together.
Accommodation
APARTMENT 1 (sleeps 2)
The apartment consists of an open-plan living/dining/kitchen room, one double bedroom and a shower room. The open-plan room has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, WiFi facility and direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils and nice tableware. All bed linen and towels are included. Hair dryer provided.
APARTMENT 2 (sleeps 4)
The open-plan living room is air-conditioned and has sand coloured tiles throughout, modern and stylish furniture and direct access to the sunny pool terrace. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms, eone bedroms with double bed and the other with twin beds, wardrobe and a complete set of bed linen and towels. The bedrooms share a modern shower room. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils and nice tableware.
Both apartments share a washing machine, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a mini library. A hair dryer is provided in each apartment.
Outside
Villa Nevess has a well fenced garden surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean pines. The pool is heated and is 6 x 4 metres, with two garden showers. Around the pool are sun loungers and umbrellas and a barbecue plus outdoor dining table and chairs.

- The owners (very discrete) live on the first floor of the house and do not use the swimming pool.
- If driving to the nearby beach, a parking ticket can be provided for the hotel car park close to the beach.
