Overview
Villa Felicia, built in 2006, is a magical seaside property directly on the beach, 10 metres away from the amazing clear and warm sea, perfect for swimming. It is hidden among the pine trees, wonderfully private. From the garden and the house there are stunning sea views. The house is arranged as 3 luxury apartments rented as one villa. It comprises 280 square metres of living space in 400 square meters of garden. The ground floor living room is large than the others and ten people can easily sit around the dining table. This villa is comfortable and luxurious and is in a great location for a restful vacation, exploration, sporting activities, great food and culture trips. It has a boat mooring for a 12 metre boat. A ten minute walk takes you to the centre of the charming town of Primosten, which is composed of picturesque fishermen's houses nestling together on a promontory, attached to the mainland by a causeway. Primosten is surrounded by sandy and pebbly beaches, restaurants, shops, seaside cafes and bars. Water sports, hiking, biking, walk along the coastal path are just some of the many exciting things available. The town provides cultural entertainment such as fetes, outdoor concerts, performances. You can easily visit the stunning towns of Sibenik, Trogir and Split, the National Parks of Krka and Kornati Islands. The Islands Brac and Hvar are also easy to get to, these are among the most beautiful islands in the world. This villa is perfect for families, teenagers and groups of adults and sleeps 10 adults and 3 small children.
Accommodation
All apartments are air-conditioned. There is an air-conditioning unit in the open plan living area and in one bedroom. By leaving the doors open you will have it nice and cool throughout. Ground floor apartment (120 sqm) The ground floor provides a spacious sitting area for a large group of people to sit together. It comprises a big, cool and airy living room, kitchen and two double bedrooms width super-king size double beds (180 x 200 cm) which share a shower room. The sitting room has a sofa and a couple of armchairs, a satellite TV, WiFi, and opens out directly onto the pool terrace, from where you can see the sea. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and new tableware. A large dining table can easily accommodate 10 people, more at a squeeze. An amazing sunbathing terrace is outside and you have direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. The ground floor bedrooms also have wardrobes, bed linen and towels. The laundry provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for the whole house. First floor apartments (60 square meters each) On the first floor there are two very similar bright and airy apartments, completely and beautifully furnished. Each apartment has its own kitchen, sitting room and a balcony with sea view. The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking. One of the apartments has a bedroom with a double superking size bed (180 x 200 cm) and another room with two single beds. They share a shower room. The second first floor apartment has a bedroom with a double superking size bed (180 x 200 cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). They share a shower room. All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedlinen and towels.
Outside
Luxury villa Felicia has a fantastic outdoor area for barbecuing, socialising and reclining on sunbeds and armchairs. It is very relaxing to smell the scent of pines and Mediterranean herbs and listen to the gentle sound of the sea. In front of the living room is the private swimming pool ( 6 by 4 metres) which is surrounded by sumptuous sun beds, seating and parasols. Both the ground floor terrace and the first floor balconies and terraces have good outdoor furniture and sea views. Pool towels are provided. The best thing - you can walk out of the villa and be on your private spot on the beach in a matter of seconds!
