OVERVIEW
The new, luxurious and spacious family villa Sabrina is located in a stunning hillside position, half way between Split and Makarska, offering an amazing view of the blue Adriatic sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. You will be on the sun-trap terrace forever mesmerised by its beauty. The villa comprises an enormous 400 square metres of living space and 1000 square metre of terraces and gardens, with a large, panoramic pool. The villa is on 3 levels, which are a basement, ground floor and first floor.
Villa Sabrina has sumptuous furniture, excellent bed linen and towels. It is really stylish and luxurious. The immediate area is full of charming fishing villages, beautiful pebbly and sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes, entertainments for children and adults, cultural events and important historical sites of Split, Trogir, Omis. All kinds of water sports and extreme sports activities (zip line, paragliding, rock climbing, white water rafting) are on offer. Great food too! Nip down to Makarska for nightlife, or a day trip to Hvar and Brac island. This is a fantastic, luxury Croatian villa choice for families with small children or teenagers and groups of adults looking for health, activity and rest.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The Ground floor is all dedicated to wellness and has a relaxation room for meditation, a sauna and a gym with exercise equipment and a boxing bag. In addition there is a games room with a bar, video games, satellite TV and table football.
First floor
This is the main living and entertaining floor in this new, modern luxury Croatian villa. An open plan, south-facing living room has a large, sliding glass wall, opening out onto the fabulous pool terrace... great sea view! The sitting room is stylishly furnished with a large sofa, armchairs, satellite TV, WiFi connection. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, wine cooler, ice maker, juicer, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. The dining table can sit 8 people comfortably. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Hair driers are provided. Here is also the guest cloakroom.
Second floor
The second floor comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (one is master bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a bath tub and a spacious shower, and a walk-in wardrobe). Each other bedroom has a satellite TV, its own private sea-view terrace and en-suite shower room. All are provided with excellent bed linen and plenty of towels.
Outside
From the living area there is access to a very large south facing terrace which has a pool 8.5 by 4 metres, with a special cleaning system which does not use chemicals. There is a sunbathing deck, and outdoor whirlpool and an outdoor hot shower. Around the pool are 10 sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining furniture and parasols. There is a garage for 2 cars and additional 2 parking spaces in villa grounds. And finally, there is an absolutely amazing panoramic vista of the sea, truly unforgettable.
