Modern and stylish family villa with high quality furnishings and excellent entertainment. The sea view is amazing and you will love to wake up to the gentle breeze of the sea. Everything is well thought through and with an indoor living space of 306 m² the villa offers a generous space for 10 guests.
Luxury family Villa Nadia with heated pool is in a hillside location and thus has stunning sea views from all levels. It is close to the busy and vibrant city of Split with its many beautiful beaches along the coast, and history lovers will enjoy visiting Diocletian's Palace in the centre of Split and the many architectural testimonies from the Roman and Venetian period. Cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries are lined along the streets and squares of the Old Town and you will happily spend an afternoon exploring this great city.
For the adventurous among you we highly recommend white water rafting on the Cetina River or zip lining over the Cetina River canyon. There are numerous outdoor activities on offer, such as cliff jumping, extreme canyoning, sailing, swimming, snorkelling and many more.
After a fun filled day of activities you will love to return to your luxury Villa Nadia to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic Sea.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury Villa Nadia has an overall living space of 306 m² and spreads over two floors.
Ground floor
The sea view from the open plan living area on the ground floor is simply divine. Large sliding glass doors merge the inside with the outdoor space and convey a relaxed holiday feel straight away. The lounge area has a chic corner sofa and is equipped with flat screen TV, Bluetooth speaker system and WiFi. To complete your entertainment experience a PS5 and DVD player is also at your disposal. The modern kitchen/dining area has a large dining table for 10 guests and the stylish kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine, and kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.
The ground floor double bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace and is equipped with a super king-size double bed (200x200cm), TV and an ensuite shower room - ready to wake up in the morning and take a dip in the pool.
On this floor there is also a separate guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.
Leisure and relaxation are at the heart of your holiday experience at Luxury Villa Nadia. The fitness room on the ground floor is equipped with a multipurpose exercise machine and an exercise bike, a billiard table, TV, Finnish sauna, and a shower.
First floor
An open wooden staircase with wrought iron balustrade leads to the first floor. The four elegant double bedrooms all have spacious double beds (200x200cm), ensuite bathrooms with shower and magnificent sea views. One of the bedrooms has its own private sea view balcony.
Quality bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The focal point of the outside area is the 50 m² heated infinity pool with hydro-massage where pool and sea merge into one. Enjoy the Mediterranean summer sunbathing on the terrace or relaxing in the garden lounge. The covered dining terrace is a lovely place to share delicious meals from local produce cooked on the traditional barbecue. The terraced garden is planted with lush green shrubs and trees and increases you overall well-being.
