Accommodation
The villa is arranged as a basement ground floor (study room, laundry and fitness), higher ground floor (living room) with the pool terrace and the top floor (bedrooms). It has six bathrooms, of which all have a shower enclosure and four of them also have a bath tub. Four hair dryers are provided, and a safe.
Basement ground floor
The basement ground floor of this wellness luxury villa is actually above ground, it comprises a gym with a TV, games console, a wellness area a sauna and a shower room. There is a second sitting room/bedroom/study with a TV and sofa. A laundry room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a sunny, airy, very spacious living and dining room with stunning views of the sea. Classy, modern sofa and armchairs and stylish lamps show the modern tastes of the owners who paid attention to comfort and detail. A beautiful dining table can sit eight people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, many cooking utensils and pretty tableware.
First floor
First floor comprises four sumptuous double bedrooms with own bathrooms and amazing sea views. All bedrooms have TV sets. The main double bedroom has a large private balcony with relaxing outdoor sofas and chair where you can rest in privacy, enjoying the unforgettable view of the sea, Two other bedrooms have a sitting area with a sofa each. Good quality new bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.
Outside
The villa has a private garden with sea views. From the sitting room you walk out directly onto the pool terrace with six sun loungers and two sun umbrellas. The pool dimensions are 5 metres by 6 metres and there is an outside shower. Fabulous sea view from the pool area. The garden has a barbecue and a dining table with ten chairs. On the second garden terrace there is a children's playground with a swing, little house and a slide. Steps lead down a level to the lawn large enough to play with a ball.
