OVERVIEW
Private luxury family Villa Amaretto 3 is the third in the cluster of beautiful, modern seaside villas with individual, heated pools and Jacuzzis. It was built in 2017 and comprises 140 square metres of living space which is contemporary and very tasteful, equipped with all modern requirements such as high speed internet, full air-conditioning, underfloor heating, smart TVs, heated pool, outdoor dining and barbecue. Relaxing bedrooms, classy bed linen, designer bathrooms, gorgeous pool and sea views are a hallmark of this luxury Croatian seaside holiday home which will appeal to beach lovers, families with small children, teenagers and adults. Plenty of activity is on offer, such as boat trips around the islands, cycling, kayaking, windsurfing, tennis at the public tennis courts, horse riding. Snorkelling and shell collecting will be fun for the little ones.
This luxury private summer holiday home on Brac Island stands about 40 metres from a lovely pebble beach and crystal clear sea waiting for you to dive in. To make your stay especially enjoyable the dedicated owners have included a daily maid help for two hours a day.
Luxury beachside villa Amaretto 3 is arranged on four floors which include a basement with a bedroom, ground floor with living rooms and the first and second floors with one spacious ensuite bedroom on each floor.
ACCOMMODATION
Basement
The basement comprises a shared garage and a shared room with a Jacuzzi. The villa has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board.
On this floor there is also one air-conditioned bedroom with a small double bed, which can be ideally used for two small children or one adult, and a shower room.
Ground floor
In the light and spacious living area on the ground floor warm colours of sand and sun predominate. Around the smart TV set is a sofa which can be used as an additional bed. The pale grey modern kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer, icemaker, juicer and a stylish set of tableware and cookware. There is a pretty, round dining table which sits six people comfortably in dining armchairs. The living room joins seamlessly with the pool and the sunbathing terrace, combining the outdoors with indoors, just how it should be by the seaside in Croatia.
First floor
First floor comprises one very spacious and beautiful bedroom with a king size bed, sofa, large wardrobe, SAT Smart TV, ensuite designer bathroom with a shower and bath tub.
Second floor
On the second floor is a fantastic main bedroom with a king size double bed, sat smart TV, gorgeous ensuite shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a quiet balcony with table and a couple of chairs and a lovely view of the sea.
A single fold out bed can accommodate a third person in the second floor bedroom.
OUTSIDE
The garden, terraces, private pool and outdoor dining area with a barbecue provide a most amazing place where to socialise and relax. The pool dimensions are 7 by 3 metres, depth is 1.5 metre. Two large sun loungers are at your disposal by the pool, which also has a pool shower. More deck chairs are scattered around the garden. Just outside this living space there is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, shaded by an awning. There are views of the sea and beach from various levels of the villa and from the garden.
