OVERVIEW
Luxury, modern beachside villa Amaretto 1 is stylish and imposing, with an added distinction of being in the first row from the sea. Enjoy uninterrupted, full sea views from the pool and every floor. It has a beautiful, clean, simple style which marries perfectly with the blue sea that laps the beach below. There are three cool, summery bedrooms and bathrooms and beautiful, calming interiors with balconies and large windows ensuring panoramic sea views and sunlight. The luxury holiday home Amaretto 1 has WiFi and air conditioning throughout, art work, TV sets in the sitting room and every bedroom. The villa was built in 2017 and comprises 140 square metres living space on a 770 metre plot, bordering the local coast road and then the sea. The sea is 10 metres away, and a charming pebbly beach 20 metres away. There is also a sandy beach 600 metres from the villa. The sea around Brac island is among the bluest in the world, clean and warm to swim in. Adults and children will love swimming and snorkelling in the Brac sea, and there are all kinds of water sports in the vicinity of this gorgeous Croatian seaside holiday home. One kilometre away from the villa there are public tennis courts. Two kilometres away is horse riding. Within five hundred metres you will find shops, restaurants and cafes. Parking is provided in a shared garage underneath the villa complex. There are twenty steps from the parking area to the villa entrance. Luxury beachside Villa Amaretto 1 is arranged on three floors plus basement and has a well secured Mediterranean garden with a lot of privacy.
ACCOMMODATION
Basement
The basement comprises a shared garage, a room with a shared Jacuzzi. Each villa has their own laundry room. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board are available.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a very beautiful living room in cream and grey tones, with picture windows looking out at the sea which feels very close. Natural wood furniture and flooring also give a warm and cosy look to this modern family villa. The dining area has a table seating six people and there is an amazing view over the pool, the sunbathing terrace and the sea beyond from each part of the living room. One the ground floor is also a guest toilet. The living room has direct access to the garden and pool.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, icemaker and a coffee machine plus lovely tableware and all cooking utensils.
First floor
First floor comprises two spacious and beautiful bedrooms, one with a king size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and full sea view; the other with a queen size bed, TV, a shower and sea view. The bedrooms have wardrobes and double beds with top quality bed linen and towels.
Second floor
On the second floor is a fantastic main bedroom with a king size double bed, TV, en-suite shower and an intimate balcony overlooking the sea.
This bedroom can also accommodate a third person in a fold out bed.
OUTSIDE
The garden, terraces, pool and outdoor dining area with a barbecue provide a most amazing place to socialise, relax and immerse yourself totally in the gorgeous Adriatic sea view in front of you. It will provide many pleasant moments day and night. The pool measures 7 by 3 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. Two large sun loungers are at your disposal by the pool, which also has a pool shower. The garden also has a shaded gazebo with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
