OVERVIEW
Villa Louisa is a Dalmatian stone house with a beautiful garden, located in a quiet part of the town of Supetar on Brac Island. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. This Brac villa sleeps nine people in five bedrooms and for larger groups additional accommodation is available (at extra cost) in two apartments located close by. There are sea views from the pool terrace and the upper floors.
Supetar has a large and busy harbour with shops and restaurants all around it. The centre of town is quite lively in the evenings. The villa is 350 metres from the beach and 1500 metres from the harbour in the centre of Supetar. There is a restaurant just two minutes' walk away. The villa is a great base to explore Split, Trogir, Makarska and Hvar island.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
On the ground floor of this great villa for families and adults is the main open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting room with total floor surface of 40 square metres. The kitchen is fully equipped with a six ring hob (four gas burners and two ceramic electric), oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee filter machine, hood, espresso coffee maker, juicer and microwave. The living room which is furnished with stylish red leather sofa and arm chairs has satellite TV and DVD player. The house has an Internet connection. Doors from the dining area open onto a covered terrace. On this floor there is also a double bedroom that has a French window opening directly to the garden and a bathroom.
First Floor
The upper floor has three double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms. There is also a single bedroom and a separate bathroom. This villa can sleep a maximum of nine people. The bedrooms are light and airy with all the double bedrooms having dual aspect. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
Outside
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and there is a BBQ. The covered terrace is a key feature of this villa with plenty of space around a large table and not just a BBQ but a full summer kitchen with sink and food preparation area. The garden is well stocked with Mediterranean plants, and there is a parking area. Separate from the main house there are two apartments that can be rented together with Villa Louisa for an additional price making this an attractive property for larger groups Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments each have a kitchen/ sitting room area with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a shower room. The villa is about 350m from the sea shore and the very centre of Supetar around the harbour is 1500 metres. There are many restaurants and shops along the way from the villa to the harbour. Within 1000 metres there ae several beaches for swimming.
