Overview
A new comfortable and spacious villa, built as two separate apartments, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of Splitska, and with a lovely view of the blue bay. The villa is in a very beautiful village, located in the heart of the countryside, with its nearest neighbour about 100 metres away. The villa has good furnishings and extremely comfortable accommodation. The villa sits in a 720 square metre plot with a pool. The indoor living space comprises 195 square metres, which makes the rooms very spacious.
Accommodation
All accommodation is on two floors, principally arranged as two apartments, and suitable for larger groups or two families. The ground floor consists of one double and one single bedroom, a shower room, a bathroom with a bath tub and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The second floor consists of a living room, terrace (40 square metres), 2 double and one single bedroom, each with en-suite shower rooms. In all, the villa has five bath or shower rooms.
Ground floor
The ground floor living area of the villa comprises 40 square metres and has a nicely furnished living room, dining area and a modern kitchen. The living area is tiled with sand coloured tiles and has high French doors, which open out onto a charming courtyard. The large L-shaped leather sofa and armchairs provide plenty of seating, and the sofa can be used as an extra double bed. There is also an LCD satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player and USB dongle internet access. The kitchen is new and modern, equipped with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, juice maker, blender, toaster, cot and feeder for the baby. There are plenty of good cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery. Between the sitting area and the kitchen is a glass dining table for eight people. In addition, in the kitchen there is a small breakfast bar with two chairs. From the hallway you reach two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, a shower room and another bathroom, which has a bath tub and a washing machine. All bed linen and towels are provided.
First floor
An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor. This floor has its own sitting room which opens out onto a large 40 square metre terrace. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, each with their own shower room.
Outside
The villa has a pretty garden with many different interesting corners. There is a beautiful stone terrace with a stone fireplace/barbecue, a traditional feature of every Dalmatian residence. There is also a table for dining outdoors. In the south part of the garden there is a very nice pool (7m x 3m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. A second terrace with a set of garden furniture is next to the pool area. The pool is private and protected by a lovely natural stone wall, beyond which stretches the woodland, bringing in the fresh scent of pine trees. The whole garden is full of summer flowers of wonderful colour.
