Overview
Luxury, air-conditioned, spacious family holiday home Sorrel with a pale green façade, was built in 2012, has 220 square metres of living space and 450 square metres of garden. This villa with a private pool has a modern, sleek and bright feel, which is relaxing. The family friendly villa is one of similar fifteen new villas in the Mediterranean countryside just 500 metres from a small but beautifully formed fishing village of Splitska. In a fantastic location, with all the comforts, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and WLAN internet, but moderate pricing, this villa is a fantastic choice for holidaying families and young and old adults. It offers peace and activity in equal measure and you will enjoy the excellent local cuisine of fresh fish, home grown fruit and vegetables and delicious local wine. The fascinating, UNESCO protected mainland town of Split is easily reached by ferries running every 90 minutes and which take 50 minutes from Supetar. In Supetar, which is just 6km away from Splitska, you will find supermarkets, independent shops, seaside restaurants and cafes, you can spend ages just enjoying your coffee in the sunshine, watching the comings and goings of the world. On mainland visit the zip line on river Cetina near Omis and two national parks: Krka Waterfalls and Paklenica. This modern island holiday home is just a few minutes' walk from Splitska's pretty harbour, a couple of harbour restaurants and cafes plus a small supermarket and beaches nearby.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury Brac villa Sorrel is arranged on two floors and has a large roof terrace with fabulous sea views.
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a cool sitting room full of light streaming through large French windows. This room is furnished with two chocolate coloured leather sofas. One sofa can turn into a pull out bed for two people. This area for gathering and entertainment is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, CD player and WiFi connection. Large doors are opening on the garden and pool terrace, bringing the outside in. The sitting room flows into the kitchen and dining area, which is kept in chocolate and cream tones and is fully equipped for cooking. It provides a breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, all cooking utensils and pretty tableware. The dining area has a dining table for six people. The guest cloakroom comprises a basin and toilet. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer are also supplied.
First Floor
On the first floor, reached via an internal staircase, there are three bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed (160 x 200cm) and an ensuite shower. Both have built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has one large single bed (90 x 200cm) and one smaller single accessory bed (60 x 200cm) can the provided in this room as well. For all bedrooms bed linen and towels are provided.
Roof Terrace
The 80 square metre roof terrace is reached via an internal staircase. You and your friends will spend magical times there with a beautiful sea view in front.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a pool measuring 8 by 3 metres and a large garden full of greenery, equipped with sunbeds, outdoor shower, and a covered dining terrace with outdoor dining table, chairs and barbecue.
