OVERVIEW
The villa is arranged on three floors, and the two upper floors are for your use. It is a large waterfront villa with long balconies, in a row of village houses. It consists of two apartments and a separate studio. The villa has over 300 square metres of living space, several terraces and a swimming pool. The villa is in the centre of the beautiful fishing town of Pucisca, close to shops, cafes and beaches.
Accommodation
Three Bedroom Apartment 1 (sleeps 6-8)
This apartment is on the first floor and comprises 130 square metres of living space with an open-plan sitting /dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC. The open-plan area has two comfortable sofas a large white dining table with chairs and a wood burning heater. The sofa can also be converted into beds for 2 people. The alcove kitchen is fully equipped with four-ring hob, cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, all cutlery, plates and glassware are provided. Two French windows provide access to the balcony, where there is a small outdoor table and chairs providing wonderful views of the local town and sea. The three bedrooms have double beds, plenty of storage space and decorated in light neutrals resulting in a very peaceful atmosphere.
Four Bedroom Apartment 2 (sleeps 10)
This apartment is on the second floor and is primarily open-plan with a large space occupying the sitting, dining and kitchen area. There are three bedrooms plus a gallery bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC. From the main area, large bi-folding French doors provide access to the balcony and fantastic sea views. The sitting area has a comfortable sofa. The dining area has a large wooden dining table with seating for six and the adjacent kitchen, encompassing a breakfast bar with a further three seats, is fully equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. All cooking utensils, plates and glassware are included. There are three spacious double bedrooms which are decorated with light neutral colours resulting in very peaceful and airy rooms. All bedrooms have plenty of storage. There is also a shower room and a separate WC. All bed linen and towels are provided. Above the open-plan area is an air-conditioned gallery bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, with 4 single beds making it a very sociable and fun room.
Studio Cottage (sleeps 2)
This lovely separate studio cottage, situated right by the pool, has a double bed, shower room and kitchen/dining area.
Outside
Villa Prunella is fortunate enough to be located nearby a beach as well as having its own private pool. The pool area contains several sun loungers with a small set of table and chairs, there are also umbrellas provided for you to escape the sun if you so wish. To the rear of the villa are three levels of terraces, each with seating, and fantastic views of the local town and sea. On one level there is a covered outside dining area with a large table, providing plenty of seating for 12 people. On another level is a second outside dining table with chairs and bench seating for 10 people, which is situated next to the stone built barbecue with outdoor sink. A third table with seating for six people is on the small terrace at the rear of the villa. The local beach is only 80 metres away with fantastic clear blue water for you to enjoy.
