OVERVIEW
Villa Pandora, built in 2019, is an excellent new, modern and luxurious three storey villa on the island of Brac, overlooking a large expanse of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian coast of the Split Riviera. There are six fabulous bedrooms with balconies and ensuite bathrooms, a large living room with plenty of seating, pool table, wine "room", a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining for twelve people indoors and out, a huge heated pool, gym, spa and sauna, all set in 1100 square metre of garden and surrounded by scented pine woodland. There is an additional, optional small apartment for one person. The villa is very spacious, spreading over 570 square metres of living space. There is private parking for four cars. Six bikes are also provided. This is a large luxury private villa on Brac, with heated pool and everything ready for your top holiday all year round!
The village of Postira is very charming, with enough restaurants, shops, cafes and bars to keep you occupied for a week, and the whole island is perfect for exploring and water sports. Check out the villages of Sumartin, Sutivan, Milna, Selca, the towns of Bol and Supetar, the Monastery on Vidova Gora mountain and numerous, fabulous beaches. Luxury Villa Pandora is 150 metres as he crow flies and and just a 5 minute walk from a delightful pebbly beach surounded by pine trees and with gorgeous clear water. The nearest sandy beach is 3km away. Catch a frequent ferry from Supetar to visit the mainland towns of Split, Trogir, Primosten, Sibenik and Krka River Waterfalls national park - all stunners!
ACCOMMODATION
Each room in luxury holiday home Pandora is individually air conditioned and there is underfloor heating everywhere and WiFi throughout. All bedrooms have a TV and own balcony. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, a safe, two baby cots, games and a feeding chair are provided.
Ground floor
The whole of the beautiful ground floor flows seamlessly from the modern kitchen through to the dining area and the sitting room, large windows letting you enjoy sea views and woodlands. The sitting room has several modern sofas and a fireplace, TV, sound system, DVD player, iPod dock and X box 360. If you wish to help yourself to some excellent Croatian wine, the wine room is next door. A pool table ("billiards") is at one end of this fabulous living area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, Krupps coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, children's feeding chair. There is an excellent set of cooking utensils and elegant tableware. The dining table accommodates twelve people comfortably.
First floor
The first floor comprises three double bedrooms with super king double beds, shower rooms, TVs and balconies. One of the bedrooms can accept an additional single bed, sleeping three people in total (on request). The double bed in one bedroom can be arranged as two single beds. All bed linen and towels are provided. These sumptuous bedrooms are restful and have wonderful views.
Second floor
The second floor has three double bedrooms with super king double beds (one can be turned into two separate single beds), shower rooms, TVs and balconies. To one of the double bedrooms an additional single bed can be added, sleeping three people in total (on request only). All bed linen and towels are provided. Bedrooms are designed to give you privacy and a wonderful rest.
OUTSIDE
The villa sits in a 1100 square metre plot and has a fortunate location to be a part of the charming village of Postira, and is also surrounded by green nature and blue sea views. The heated pool measures 11 by 5 metres (depth 1.6 metres), plenty of room for serious swimming. There are twelve sun beds around the pool and pool towels are provided, changed on request.
Below the pool is a gym room with equipment, as well as a spa and sauna. The area is perfect for cycling, so the owners provide six bikes. The outside terrace has an outdoor dining table for twelve people and a wood and gas barbecue. At the other end of the covered terrace there is a large seating set of sofas and armchairs - your outdoor living room. Luxury holiday home Pandora is a real find for people looking for large and luxurious villas on Brac close to the sea and town.
