OVERVIEW

Villa Mirella is a modern villa just five metres from the beach. This large villa has a cool and modern interior, a gym, games room, swimming pool and a shaded terraces. Outdoor life by the beach is very enjoyable and with swimming in the sea just a few steps from the villa. A concierge is on call to arrange trips and restaurants, and give you advice on local events. A peaceful seaside villa near the lively town of Supetar with restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Accommodation

Ground floor

The ground floor consists of an open plan layout with sand coloured tiles and light coloured walls throughout. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, laundry room, a small gym, and a pool table room. The modern living room contains comfortable white sofas, a satellite TV/DVD, music system and wireless internet. In the dining area there is a large dining table that can seat 14 people. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a hob and cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and food blender. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and WC. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, which can be separated into two singles. The bedroom has a separate sofabed and en-suite shower room, with a walk-in shower. It also has direct access to the main terrace and views of the swimming pool and the sea.

First floor

On the first floor there are six further double bedrooms, three of which have beautiful sea views. All of the bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with good quality furnishings and calm colour schemes. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, with the bedlinen changed twice a week and towels every day. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment and a terrace with park view. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, which can be separated into two singles on request, a separate sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment and a balcony with sea views. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, a separate sofa bed, sea views and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, which can be separated into 2 singles. It also has a balcony with sea views. There is a separate bathroom, with bathtub and shower attachment, which is shared with bedroom 6. Bedroom 6 has twin beds and a small terrace. The separate bathroom is shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 7 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment. The bedroom has a balcony with a park view.

Outside

In the front garden there is a 28 square metre swimming pool and a terrace, just a few metres from the sea. The swimming pool is heated from end of April until beginning of October. Please note that  water temperature is affected by weather conditions.  There is also an outside dining area under the shade of a pergola and oleander trees, with a large dining table and chairs overlooking the beach. Around the swimming pool there are numerous sun loungers and in the back yard there is another covered terrace and a big barbecue. The nearby beach is a pebbled beach with beautiful blue sea where you can snorkel and swim. There is also a harbour full of traditional fishermens boats, and watersports are on offer.

• Speed boat transfer (approx 1 hours) from Split to a pier close to the villa possible on request, at extra cost. This is a brilliant option during high season when there is a lot of traffic.

In a separate part of the house is the office/reception where the villa manager is located who can advise you about activities on the island, book a table in recommended restaurants, organise excursions, boat rentals, car rentals or arrange a relaxing massage in the villa.
