OVERVIEW

A lovely new stone cottage with a shady terrace in front, surrounded by olive trees, sitting in a large garden and enjoying great sea views on the magical island of Brac. The house sits alone in the middle of the 3000 square metres garden. You can relax undisturbed but you are only a few minutes drive from the charming and busy town of Supetar, with numerous excellent restaurants and shops and a direct ferry link to mainland Split. The accommodation of 100 square metres is all on one floor and fully air conditioned.

Accommodation

This simple but stylish, child-friendly Croatian villa has a lot of space, starting with a sunny living room with sofa and chairs, a dining table for 6 people and a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils and tableware. From the sitting room there is a sea view. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has twin beds. All have en-suite shower rooms and plenty of storage. There is also a separate WC with a washing machine. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

Outside

A large private garden has a fantastic heated pool, 33 square metres. Sun loungers are provided and there is a shaded terrace for al fresco dining and barbecuing. To the side of the pool is a children's play area with sand-pit, see-saw and swings, making this a great family villa in beachside location. Romantic adults will enjoy the peace and sea views!

“ Beach just down the track - not the best in the area but quite quiet and nice to have so near. The next bay round back towards the
town was beautiful for swimming - sandy bottom made the water very pretty. Ideally shops and restaurants would be a bit nearer to
walk to (half hour to the main beach in Supetar, bit further to the harbour) - but then the peaceful location was a plus, so maybe you
can't have everything. Very easy to drive to shops. All the little harbour towns we visited were very pretty. ”

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split although you should allow longer in mid summer.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
