OVERVIEW
This old and spacious stone house in Bol town, built just 20 meters from the sea, has been converted to a modern and luxurious home, decorated in blues and whites of the seaside. The villa is located in the centre of the charming town of Bol on Brac island, within easy reach of sandy and pebble beaches. This should be your choice if you are mad on water sports and windsurfing in particular, for which Bol and its Golden Horn beach are very famous. The gentle summer breeze refreshes the old town and is ideal for windsurfing. The town is perfect for everyone, shops, markets, gorgeous cafes and restaurants, tennis courts, all very lovely and relaxing. Its famous beaches are sand and pebble beaches that stretch for miles. From Brac you can easily get to the mainland towns of Split (not to be missed), Trogir (fantastic) and Makarska (gorgeous, long beach) and also to the islands of Hvar and Vis.
The villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one extra toilet, pool, whirlpool and sauna, and is a comfortable accommodation for ten people. It is arranged on four floors and has great sea views.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped galley kitchen, opening out onto the courtyard, with a hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. A separate dining area has a table for ten people and the sitting room has a blue L-shaped sofa and armchairs, also LCD TV and WiFi internet. The living area has access to the courtyard and pool. On this floor there is also a guest WC.
First floor
Internal stairs lead up from the ground floor to the first floor which has two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. One bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, while the other has a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. All the bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
The second floor has exact same bedroom arrangement as the first floor, two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. One bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, while the other has a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. All bed linen and towels are provided. The rooms on this floor have magnificent sea views.
Third floor
A staircase leads to the third floor, with one large double bedroom, taking up the whole of the third floor. The room is furnished with a desk, a small table and chairs and is very relaxing. It opens out onto a large private terrace with more tables, chairs, and loungers, providing a real suntrap with lovely sea views, a very special bedroom.
Outside
The walled courtyard has a large private swimming pool with a waterfall, surrounded by sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. A few stairs lead from the courtyard to a small wellness suite with a sauna and a whirlpool. And just remember...the beautiful town of Bol and its famous beaches are just 20 metres outside of your villa!
