OVERVIEW
Luxury summer villa, Adriatic sea gently splashing at the garden gate, beautiful sea bay views, deep comfort sofas, sumptuous beds, marble and white Brac stone, and a whole load of other delicious things waiting for you in the amazingly charming village of Bobovisca on the island of Brac. This small fishing village is now a sailing paradise, and is so classy and still pretty much undiscovered. Several amazing seafront luxury villas line up along the bay and a couple of cafes, a shop and two tavernas, that is a good start for the day. Travel on a few miles to the famous, sea-sporty town of Bol, where the windsurfing is the main activity.
The villa is new, built in 2018 and enjoys a full sea view, with direct sea frontage and just a small village road leading to it. A good amount of living space 321 square metres on a 800 metre plot, fenced and gated, with three balconies, four terraces, parking and privacy. When travelling to the villa by car a 4x4 is absolutely necessary as most of the road leading to the villa is unpaved.
Luxury Villa Bay of Brac has its own seaside boat mooring for boats up to 6 metres. For larger boats up to 9 metres there are also 2 anchoring blocks and a buoy 12 metres from the seaside mooring. You would need a small boat to get to the seaside mooring from there.
Accommodation
First floor
The open plan living area is light and bright, large windows looking directly into the sea, and white floor stone tiles, with white stone walls are typical of the local architecture which uses the famous white Brac stone. The sitting room has several deep leather sofas and armchairs, (one is a sofa bed) open fireplace, TV, WIFI connection, CD player, DVD player, music player wireless digital sound system, board games. A sumptuous dining table for 10 people sits in a glass-walled end of the room, overlooking the bay. The elegant white Italian kitchen with marble tops is equipped with several fridge freezers, electric cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea pot, microwave, top quality cooking utensils and dinner ware. One twin bedroom is on the ground floor, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outside terrace. There is also one single bedroom with a two person Jacuzzi.
Second floor
The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and two balconies, offering stunning sea views. There is a second double bedroom with an ensuite shower room on this floor.
Third floor
A few steps further up there is one additional bedroom. This is a bedroom for three with one single bed and one double bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The ground floor is not rented and not lived in. It is currently used by the owners for storage. All bedrooms have superb bed linen and towels.
Outside
The villa has a large, heated infinity pool (12 by 2 metres) surrounded by sun loungers, sun chairs, parasols and pool towels provided. In one corner of the garden is a small children's area with a sand pit and a small slide. There is also a stone paved private dock where you can sunbathe by the sea and get into the sea directly. The villa has its own private seaside boat mooring for boats of up to 6 metres so you can simply stroll onto the boat every morning and speed off! Two further anchor blocks and a buoy for boats up to 9 metres are 12 metres from the seaside mooring. Just a few metres away is a lovely sandy beach.
