OVERVIEW
It is impossible to believe that this amazing stone villa is over 100 years old. The villa was fully renovated and equipped with best modern facilities in 2015 and now has a stunning hydro-massage pool, which goes well with equally stunning sea view. This is a villa with everything: authentic Mediterranean style, interior comfort, lots of space, great outdoor entertainment and relaxation areas, pool, superb sea view and the vicinity of several most beautiful sandy beaches. The town of Rab is great fun, visit the famous Rab fete where you will be immersed in the centuries' old traditions of Rab. Participate in fishermen's nights with food and pleasant family entertainments lasting long into the warm night. Walk through the magical nature reserve and coastal paths, and enjoy Rab's famous sandy beaches.
The plot is 500 square metres and the villa has 238 square metres of living space, arranged on three floors, comprising 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Ground and first floor have their own living rooms and kitchens. The floors are linked together with an internal staircase, but can also be reached externally via an external staircase. A similar arrangement as on the ground floor: the first floor comprises a large open plan living area with a country kitchen, sitting room and dining room and one double, en-suite bedroom. There is a separate WC and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a pretty set of tableware. Direct access to a lovely terrace with enchanting sea view and stylish outdoor furniture, with a fantastic view of the village and the sea.
Second floor
The second floor comprises three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a lovely sea- view balcony. One of the bedrooms has twin beds. All bed linen and towels are included.
Outside
The villa has a very nice and stylish outdoor space, with a pool measuring 8 by 4 metres, and with a counter-current for those who prefer energetic swimming. The pool has a large, beautifully tiled sunbathing terrace, with sun loungers and parasols. The terrace is raised and fenced with a wrought iron fence, whilst fabulous sea views stretch in front of it. At the back of the house is a green terraced lawn and a roofed gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecuing. The garden is planted with fig, olive and pine trees, and Mediterranean herbs. Vegetable fields and woodland surround the villa.
