OVERVIEW
Luxury sea view villa Hyos was built in 2018 and offers spacious, modern accommodation (400square metres of living area), 1076 square metre private garden and a very large heated pool. There are five stylish bedrooms with own TVs and five private ensuite bathrooms. There is much scope for outdoor entertaining and guests can use the villa's private wellness room with whirlpool and gym equipment. The extra children's playground completes a full family holiday experience.
Luxury family villa Hyos is in a splendid position for sea gazing. The whole, deep blue Kvarner bay lies at your feet with magnificent sunrises and sunsets which will stay with you forever. You are on a peaceful, airy hillside and all below you are the famous fishing villages and grand resort, such as Opatija, Lovran, Volosko, Ika and many others, Some of the greatest Croatian restaurants and wineries are in this area. This is a great villa for adults, families with small children, teenagers, foodies, history lovers, everyone will find things they like.
Istrian holiday home Hyos is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi and can accommodate ten people in five ensuite bedrooms. Its large garden has excellent sea views, a children's playground and a very large private, heated pool; a perfect place for socialising with family and friends around the barbecue.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is on two floors.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a spacious sitting room, and an open plan kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a wellness room with a hot tub, gym equipment and sauna.
The spacious sitting room has an L-shaped grey sofa and additional seating, TV, WiFi, a dining table for ten people. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, good cooking utensils and tableware. In the laundry there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. From the sitting room and the bedroom there is a lovely view of the garden and the Kvarner Bay with islands.
There is also a tavern style room with table, benches and a wine cooler.
First floor
Further four bedrooms are on the first floor. All have king-size double beds with excellent bed linen and towels, plus a TV. Two of the bedrooms have their own sea view balconies.
OUTSIDE
This luxury Croatian family villa has a stunning heated private pool with spectacular sea views day and night. The pool is very large, 6 by 12 meters. There are sunbeds and additional outdoor sofas where you will spend hours gazing into the blue Adriatic. Children will be happy with their own area which has a climbing frame, slide and swings. On a shady terrace an outdoor dining table can sit ten people, close to the barbecue.
