OVERVIEW
The luxury sea view villa Hespera was built in 2018 in peaceful hillside position with views over the deep blue sea of the Kvarner Bay and the magnificent sunrises and sunsets will stay with you forever. The famous fishing villages and grand resorts of Opatija, Lovran, Volosko and Ika are close by and some of the greatest Croatian restaurants and wineries are in this area. Adults, families with small children, teenagers, foodies, history lovers, everyone will find something they like.
Luxury family villa Hespera is fully air-conditioned, offering spacious, modern accommodation (400square metres of living area) with four stylish ensuite bedrooms, all with their own TV. There is WiFi throughout and the villa can accommodate eight people. There is much scope for outdoor entertaining in the 1030 square metre private garden with large heated pool. A children's playground completes your Croatian holiday experience.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The spacious sitting room and open plan kitchen/dining room have large glass doors opening out to the outside lounge and dining terrace. The sitting area has comfortable seating and a TV, and the dining table sits ten people. There is WiFi throughout and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, good cooking utensils and tableware.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a wellness room with sauna and gym equipment.
The tavern is equipped with a rustic table and benches and a wine cooler.
First floor
A further three bedrooms with king-size double beds and excellent bed linen, towels and TV are on the first floor. All beds are king-size double beds and two bedrooms have their own sea view balconies.
OUTSIDE
The terraces and garden are beautifully designed with a very large heated pool (11x5m) as the central focal point. An inviting outdoor lounge and sunbeds have you relaxing for hours near the pool and taking in the amazing sea views. Your children will enjoy themselves either swimming in the large pool or spending time in their own outdoor children's play area with climbing frame, slide and swings. The dining table on the covered dining terrace with BBQ can sit then people.
