OVERVIEW
This excellent modern villa in peaceful countryside and within easy drive to local beaches provides so many superb facilities for a relaxing but active holiday. Standing in a large, 1000 square metre walled private garden, comprising 302 square metres of living space, the villa has a big infinity swimming pool, parking for four cars, a children's playground plus a basketball and football pitch. There is a great sense of space and sunlight inside and outdoors as the rooms are lit through huge glass panels. All indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, flooring, bathrooms and bed linen are of the highest standard.
Your safety is priority and the owner has smoke alarms installed on ground floor and first floor level. Furthermore, the villa has a security alarm system with outside video camera.
Villa Maxy is situated next to Villa Vincero. Rented together both villas provide space for up to 20 people, ideal for family and friends travelling together.
This child friendly area is famous for an amazing pumpkin park which kids adore, (hundreds of painted pumpkins of all shapes and sizes) and there are fabulous caves to explore in Festini village. Excellent restaurants which offer homemade pasta, fresh fish, grilled steaks and many other delicacies are numerous and also family friendly. There is even a local "Festival of pasta" and a famous cheese making farm to visit. Horse riding, hiking, bicycling and water sports in the nearby seaside town of Rovinj - one of the most beautiful places you have ever seen, just 20 minutes' drive from the villa. You will find plenty of wonderful attractions in the nearby towns of Pula, Vodnjan, Motovun, Porec, Labin and Opatija.

Ground floor
On the air conditioned ground floor there is a huge, open plan living room with adjoining dining area and kitchen comprising 95 square metres - about the size of a small London flat! The kitchen is fully equipped, and a guest bathroom and three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also on the ground floor. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and basic cleaning materials. Guests will enjoy smart, new sofas and armchairs, cable/satellite TV, Bose Bluetooth-box, Playstation 4 and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, cooker, American fridge/freezer/ice maker, dish washer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, mixer, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. Throughout downstairs top quality Italian granite tiles and an impressive "floating" wooden staircase contribute to the attractiveness of the living room. The views of the garden, terrace and the long swimming pool are stunning and relaxing, and opening the sliding glass doors makes you feel you are in your sitting room outside!
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has 20 square metres, own TV, king size bed, luxurious bed linen and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has stunning marble walls and excellent towels are provided. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. Bedroom 2 also on the ground floor comprises 23 square metres and has two single beds, cable/satellite TV and wardrobe, own bathroom. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has 28 square metres, a king size bed, a wardrobe and TV and an ensuite bathroom, also access to the pool terrace.
First floor
On the first floor the two air-conditioned, beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a direct access to a long balcony are very restful and very attractive.
The villa provides a bathrobe for each guest.
Outside
A large walled garden of 1450 square metres is private and inviting. A superb infinity swimming pool and the barbecue are focal points for socialising, whilst the children can enjoy their own playground with swings and a climbing frame. There is a multipurpose basketball/football pitch as well. The pool is a walk-in mosaic pool with steps, surrounded by high quality sun loungers and the whole garden and terraces are provided with top of the range outdoor furniture, including sofas and a dining table for 10 people.
