OVERVIEW
This stunning 18th century farmhouse has been completely renovated, keeping its wonderful features of old stone walls, old wooden beams, terracotta tiles and a fantastic indoor fireplace. Outside, you get the traditional vaulted covered terrace for outdoor dining. Everything else is new and luxurious, oozing comfort and country style. The villa is air-conditioned, comprising 350 square metre living area.
It is surrounded by a 3700 square metre walled garden. Whether you are a group of friends or a large family, or several families holidaying together, you will have a great time. This rural villa in central Istria is private, but not isolated. It is luxurious and relaxing, with a shop and restaurant within a mile, and drive to the beach in 10 minutes. The fascinating town of Pula is within a short half hour drive, where you can spend time exploring Roman ruins, sophisticated shops and great restaurants.
Accommodation
The villa has two beautiful farmhouse kitchens, each equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a set of cooking utensils and tableware. Downstairs there is a separate WC and washing machine and drier. The dining table fits 10 people, and there are other dining tables dotted around the house. The open plan living area has a leather sofa and armchairs, satellite TV, WiFi and a grand old fashioned stone fireplace. The farmhouse has a variety of rooms flowing from one into another, containing more sofas and chairs. All this looks full of character and old charm. Some of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and some share bathrooms or shower rooms and balconies. Some bedrooms are easily accessible on the ground floor of the villa. All are individually air-conditioned, with new bed linen, towels and plenty of wardrobes.
Outside
The villa has a large garden with a well tended lawn and trees, a playground, also a football and volley ball area. The pool measures 8 x 5 metres , depth 1.5 metres and has a whirlpool. There is an outdoor shower, free parasols and deck chairs and secure parking for 3 cars. Around the pool is a sunbathing terrace. There are numerous terraces for outdoor eating and entertaining.
